Very clean and comfortable house 2 minutes from the water. Easy access just north of main beach. Very quiet. Three separate bedrooms made it easy to spread out. Great for kids and adults. Will stay here again!!!

The house is nice and clean. The area location was good. A house is currently being built beside so the noise and parking was an issue during our stay. You cannot see the beach from the house due to sand dunes but only a short walk to the beach. The beach access is open to the public so expect a lot of foot traffic. Overall, our stay was good with only small inconveniences.

Perfect home for a girls weekend. Steps to the beach, quick ride to adorable town, and easy travel from/to the airport. The house was very clean and fully equipped. We’d definitely go again!

A lovely little cottage, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was large, the beds were comfy and the showers were good and hot. We had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to the beach Thanks for a great stay.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our week at A Good Knight's Rest! It was wonderful being so close to the beach and such a short drive to Fort Clinch. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is adorable, one of a few original cottages left on Ocean Ave. It was very clean and honestly better inside than the pictures portrayed online. The problem with our stay was that there was major construction next door. They are building a massive 3 story home next door. It was extremely loud, they parked right out front. We could not enjoy the front porch. They woke us up and worked till 7:30. Management said they would refund us 10%, which I thought should be at least 20% and it hasn’t happened yet. I would rent this property again but I would be careful to ask what is going on with the construction next door. I thought we should’ve been informed and discounted.

Great beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was well equipped, house was clean, location was great. We were two couples and one single and it was a perfect size. Nice porch out front to relax and easy walk across a very quiet "street" (wouldn't even really call it a street) to the beach. There were people there but not crowded at all.

Great House and location. Comfortable, beautifully decorated. Shower water is nice and hot! So many things supplied that helped us cut down on packing. Fernandina is an adorable town. Will return!
