Just like pictured, clean, soft sheets, good towels and beach towels, beach chairs etc, nice seating in little fenced in side yard also nice outside shower too. Parking spot in back for our chest equinox perfectly. Beds were firmer than we like I’d suggest maybe a little mattress topper. What we missed a pizza cutter, ice cube trays and bucket for freezer, a 2nd fry pan and more kitchen towels! Someone mentioned light coming in the bedroom, I did notice car lights from other cars in the back would shine in when they were backing out. Eric was easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The night I arrived and looked around I immediately noticed the ceiling in the kitchen had large areas of cracking sheetrock. The rug in the living room was filthy and the couch had a noticeable stain. I sent them an email. They did respond promptly the next day. And did give me a refund for 1 night for my trouble. However, no one came to remove the rug. They said they could clean the couch bc it would take a whole day to dry. I didn’t think to say come and clean it anyway. The 3rd night we noticed that there was some kind of critter in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom, and/or possibly in the locked hall closet. We did tell them about that at checkout and I was refunded another day. VRBO representative was very prompt and through giving me assistance. However when I told them I thought the property was completely misrepresented and I wouldlike a total refund, I was told that those thing I mentioned did not warrant a full refund. I have pictures and videos of the kitchen ceiling, rug and couch.

Eric was great. Beach house is perfect for beach visitors and a pet. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is closet to beach and convenient to Mayo Clinic.

Close to the beach

Very close to the beach, walking distance of several restaurants and shops. House was cute, comfortable, and generally clean with plenty of towels, soaps, and utensils/plates. I would stay here again.

Property could use some TLC

The location of this property was perfect and accurately described. However, the most significant disappointment was the back patio area, which was not as pictured and unfortunately unusable. It was overgrown and unkempt, lacking the shade overhang shown in the listing. There were only three chairs—two of which appeared moldy—and the ground area was in need of thorough cleaning. Additionally, the dryer vent was detached and lying on the ground, creating a potential entry point for rodents.Inside, the property could benefit from some general maintenance. The doors did not seal properly, allowing visible daylight to come through, and we found a few dead cockroaches on the floor upon arrival. Closet space was limited, with very few hangers and no dressers, which left us living out of our suitcases throughout the stay. There was also only one very small mirror in the bathroom and another in the main bedroom - the other two bedrooms could definitely benefit from having one.Eric, the property manager, is very responsive and attends to questions and needed assistance promptly.

Very impressed with the cottage

Everything was perfect. One guest mentioned light bulbs needed in the twin bedroom and the light above the stove was out. She was going to leave it one for a night light. Maybe one more kitchen towel but these are very minor details. Very very happy with our stay. Disappointed there wasn’t more within walking distance.

Perfect Place for Us!!

My husband, two kids, dog, and i absolutely LOVED everything about this place: the location, the quietness, the bedroom sizes, the outdoor space, etc. Management was incredibly kind and communicati e. We even (very, very last minute) booked an extra night. Our weeklong vacation in Jax Beach was wonderful! This place was so conveniently located that we were able to walk almost everywhere! Even to the geocery storw. And obviosly, the beach was only a block 1/2 away. Such a perfect place and we hope to stay here again in the near future.

Here to see our sailor on the USS Carney

This beach bungalow was just perfect. It was so nice to have coffee there ready to make and more than enough supplies for the few days we were there. I fogort shampoo and was surprised to find quite a few little bottles for our use.Very clean and neat and short walk to beach just a described. Definately would stay here again. Eric was very good with emails and information.

Birthday week celebration

We had 2 rooms for the adults, one room for the 16th month old. Plenty of space. Glad we didn’t bring the dog, backyard too small for him. Good TV network for when we were watching the infant while the couple would go out for fun. Beach was so easy to access, we went down a block for an easier access. Lots of young adults at that end, volleyball leagues were in force. Also had dog obedience classes going on there. Nightlife an easy safe walk.

Cottage Needs Updating

The place was in a very convenient spot. It was truly a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it was not clean and the parking in the back can only fit a compact car, not anything bigger. The place is dirty and outdated. The towels provided are old and definitely have seen better days. There was dog poop all through out the very small front yard that was there when we arrived. I don't know if I would stay there again. The price and how close it was to the beach are the only reason why I would come back.

Great location, attentive host

Right next to the beach! My kid and I had a great trip, walked to a number of seafood places and the beach everyday. Eric was in contact every day to make sure we had what we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Great little spot near Jax Beach

The house was situated right near the quiet street within walking distance from the beach. The house itself an old Florida style home, tidy and neat. Perfect for what we needed.

Long Weekend Getaway House

The property was great. Few minor cleanliness issues but nothing that truly impacted our stay. The house is not really built for stays longer than a few days (not many pots/pans or kitchen equipment) but it worked for the long weekend we were there for. Eric was very responsive and great to work with.
