This condo is amazing and CLEAN. The fridge SPOTLESS, the microwave SPOTLESS, dishwasher SPOTLESS, I dint use the stove or oven but I am assuming it is the same. The beach is literally 2-2.5 blocks (though we didn’t actually go because it was cold and windy). The condo comes with bikes, paddle board, boogie board, has 2 bbq’s (which we didn’t use) and a nice washer and dryer. The only negative I can say about it is the driveway is kind of tricky. We had a rental car Chevy equinox and it barely fit and we had to park at an angle. The second thing would be if you have a hard time with stairs. It has 3 stairways (the longest ones are from the front door to the base floor and then the 2nd floor which is the kitchen to the top floor ). But if you have small kids they do provide a baby gate for you to use. I will DEFINITELY book again as our children live in Jax so we visit often but want our own space.

Beautiful property that was well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the host from the beginning until the very end. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked, even had spices in the cabinet. We enjoyed our Christmas visit and being able to take a sunset stroll on the beach which was walking distance from the townhome.

The stay at this property was good. The townhome was very clean; the pictures are exactly as the property was set up. We had everything we needed; it was very well equipped for a stay at the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy, no main roads to cross and a handy beach wagon to pull the grand children in was perfect!The only thing that we did not enjoy was parking. The driveway was a single car and small. My husband's F150 did not fit. Finding a place to park our daughter's vehicle was very challenging. The neighbors were very helpful and told us a few places to look for parking. We ended up a few blocks away and had to walk. Despite the parking issues we had a great stay at this property.Thak you!

Summer vacation

This was the second time we stayed at the unit, it was just as good as the first. Grab your beach chair and towel and you're at the beach in 3 minutes. Doesn't get much easier than that. Looking forward to our next trip to Florida.

Very appreciative of all the EXTRA’S in the kitchen (spices, coffee, etc) plus plus plus. So nice to be able to use the grill, beach chairs and towels. Thank you so much for everything 😊 Will recommend it for sure!

Christmas in Florida

The townhouse was great. Clean, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to any type of shopping or restaurant you may want. We love Jacksonville Beach and can't wait to return. I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall great stay

This will probably not be used to entice visitors to the townhouse, but rest assured, we had a wonderful vacation at the property from 2/26/2022 to 3/26/2022. Overall great experience, just missing the mark on a few elements. We asked and were told that we could use the garage. The door was so temperamental that we did not. Living room: Sheer panels in center of sliders need replacing. Deck: The shiny new grill was not operable, so it still is new. ? defective regulator ? The rest of the living area was fine. Maybe a few cookie sheets and a muffin tin could be added in the kitchen. Staircase, hallway, and bedroom carpeting needs replacing. Dirty / stained / flat pillows in master bedroom desperately need replacing. They spent their time during our stay in a garbage bag in the closet. We have enjoyed renting in this neighborhood for many years (Vista Del Mar, Costa Verde, etc. so knew and liked the area. We have family living nearby. These previous rentals have been sold and are no longer available for rent so that had us investigating new options. All in all, I would say that the unit has potential, but needs refreshing in some areas. And again, we enjoyed our stay very much ! Thank you. Sue

Taryn was an excellent host. Location (for us) was perfect. Perhaps included in the description should be mention of many stairs. Not an issue for us, but other Vrbo folks might want to know.
