Rejuvenate, refresh, and enjoy yourself in an oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms with a small 5th bedroom located just off the garage, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, laundry room, sunroom, upstairs deck, with beautiful landscaping, and private walkway to the beach. Our beach house embodies a casual, comfortable, and cozy home to relax, create memories, and spend time with your family. "Sandy toes are not a problem." Located just 1/2 mile south of the Ponte Vedra Inn Club, within a few minutes of the shopping center, and 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic. We had a great time. Played games on the upper deck with that incredibile ocean view. So convenient to everything. Check in was easy, everything we needed was in the house.

Multi Generations! Fit our whole family very comfortably and we enjoyed our stay. View from upstairs deck is fantastic! Really enjoyed the screen porch and the backyard beach. Appreciated the outdoor shower & spicket; washer/dryer worked well.Kitchen: enough dishes & pan for cooking; dishwasher needs updating; lacked spices & basic cooking supplies; not enough garbage bags. Bathrooms: all nice & well supplied; the upstairs Jack/Jill sink had some plugged sink issues; downstairs master has no heat(which we needed); Bedrooms: nice beds and bedding.It is an older home, but very comfortable. We would be happy to stay again and likely will.

Family Week at the Beach

Lovely house with direct beach access and a lot of homey character. The house is well equipped for a big group with plenty of beds, and a well outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the screened porch and the beach shower. The living room is comfortable for a large group hanging out together.

Great location, charming home

We had a wonderful stay in PVB with family and friends. The house was well maintained, comfortably furnished, plenty of seating for all. The upper deck was a great place to enjoy a book and view the beach. Coffee on the screen porch was a delightful way to start the morning. We plan to come back!

Hosting Friends for Golf

I needed space to host five friends for a Ponte Vedra golf weekend. This home has plenty of space, and is right on the beach. The porch and 2nd floor deck provide great spaces to relax, talk, have a drink and watch the ocean. The proximity to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is also great.

Decent house with a great view

This house is right on the beach and has a great view. The house has 4 bedrooms and lots of beds, with an extra bedroom attached to garage. The house could use some work but is good for a large group.

A very special place

We would return again and again. Marita is a wonderful property manager and was available whenever we needed her. The house is so comfortable and RIGHT on the ocean. It's fully equipped and the balcony/screened porch is the icing on a magical place!

Wonderful home for a family gathering!

This home is very comfortable and quaint. We all had such a great time. The second story balcony or the covered porch was perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The location was perfect. Just keep in mind....there are lots of rules (for good reason). This home is a gem in Ponte Vedra. Marita is very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Everyone in our group was simply astounded with the location and the house itself. Marita went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us!! I would give the overall experience 11 stars but they only allow 5!!! :D Thank you, Marita, again for all of the little details that helped to make our family vacation one we wil never forget!

Fabulous house to fit our family and perfect location!

We have rented in Ponte Vedra every year for our annual family trip. This was our first time renting this house, and the renters went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! We had a welcome card, fresh roses, wine, waters and soda cold in the fridge, and it was very clean with plenty of room to enjoy each other. The location was perfect, with our own private walkway straight to the beach in our backyard. We will definitely rent this house again. 5 stars!

Beach House

The location and property were great. The house could use a deep clean. The basic cleaning was covered but under the beds and in drawers was some trash. Having the beach right there was perfect and the neighborhood was amazing. Finally, the beds were not queen beds. They were fulls.
