Hermoso y moderno condominio frente al mar en Amelia Island Plantation.

Este moderno condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en la hermosa plantación de Amelia Island y justo en la playa.  ¡Solo estarás a unos pasos de la cálida arena y el agua fría del océano Atlántico!  Relájese en dos patios privados a nivel del suelo; darse un chapuzón en la piscina; o visite el centro de Fernandina y las tiendas locales para encontrar grandes hallazgos y excelentes restaurantes.  El condominio cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y lavadora / secadora. Este condominio es de varios niveles y tiene unos 40 pasos que conducen a la unidad.

Beach weekend

Enjoyed the properties mature landscaping and beach access. The outdoor space was especially nice to drink coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise.

Enjoyed Fenandina Beach

We were in and out quickly for a wedding so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities. The place was very nice and we would stay there again.

The views were gorgeous, being able to walk out at sunrise and be on the beach to catch the beauty was fabulous. Although it’s on the Omni property as a guest you have no rights to their amenities like the shuttle to the restaurants but it is walkable if you are in decent shape

The beach is not crowded. Two bedroom two bath is perfect for us. Would not stay anywhere else on Amelia! Very very happy!

NICE VIEW, BUT HARD TO GET TO!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had a great view, but getting there was an ordeal. It has 42 steps from the car to the Condo and carrying your heavy suitcases up that mountain was tough. If you are a senior or have a medical condition or disability, this place is not for you. The kitchen sink faucet leaked, no light in the refrigerator, second bedroom bathroom sink didn't drain well, and the furniture was dirty with some stains. Stayable, but very inaccessible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really disappointed with our stay. The pictures looked much more inviting, but what we found was a dark and depressing, extremely dated unit not worth more than a 2 star motel. The only positive was the fact that we could walk to the beach. The sinks clogged easily, there were rugs on top of carpets, a very weak AC, and extremely hard cardboard beds. I wish I would’ve just gotten a hotel room at the nearby Omni Hotel.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this condo, it was nice to be able to open the doors on both sides of the condo and get a nice cross breeze from the ocean. We enjoyed our stay. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo from the parking lot as well as another set of stairs to get to the room itself.
