The condo is well-appointed. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs and toys, as well as the Turkish beach towelss. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were great quality. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach while still having privacy on the balcony. Great location! Communication with host was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful haven. The beach walks were delightful. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed going into town and taking advantage of all it had to offer and then coming back to serene surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Marche Burchette in the Omni property.

The property was modern, updated, and clean. The amenities were the best I've ever experienced. The host has thought of everything. There wasn't a thing we felt like we needed that wasn't accommodated for. Michelle cares very much that the visitors have the best experience and it shows in her communications and the perfection in the experience she delivers at every part of the stay.

Very nice condo. Comfortable furnishings, pool was great. Balcony was very nice. Quick weekend trip with my wife. More room than we needed but very nice. We would likely stay there again. Couple technical glitches with television service but overall a nice stay.

This is a lovely, well-appointed condo in the beautiful Amelia Island plantation property. The kitchen had all needed amenities and had been recently renovated -- it is very high end. The beds were comfortable, and the porch is a lovely place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There are a lot of steps to the condo (including from the elevator) and from the condo to the pool and then to the beach area, so it may not be ideal for older guests. But the property is fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

The descriptive posting of your property is completely misleading. On our arrival, we were shocked about the steep concrete stairs necessary to take to access the apartment. The description "a few steps" is not accurate. Our group had a 94 year old, 87 year old, and a 65 year old with two hip replacements. Even though we were all healthy and active this situation was extremely dangerous for us. Dragging heavy suitcases, groceries was extremely difficult. There needs to be a disclosure regarding the access to this condo. There is no handicap accessibility. The apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I find the housekeeping requirements excessive for a high end property. We've never been asked to do housekeeping chores ever. Please update your condo description to be more transparent for future clients.

Nice retreat

I brought my daughter and some of her friends to celebrate her 15th birthday with a girls’ trip. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice, comfy, and clean. It was nice to have beach chairs, boards, and an umbrella already there. The girls also enjoyed playing the board games.

Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful setting, comfortable home

The house is as pictured - bright, lovely view, updated furnishings, terrific kitchen. We appreciated the big coffee-maker. Check-in was was and intuitive. Communications with the owner were prompt, professional, and helpful. Although it was too cool to enjoy the pool (gorgeous!), we had great walks on the beach and on the nature trails nearby and loved the restaurants and bars in Fernandina beach. We would return.

Weekend wedding

Our family of five visited for a wedding and had a wonderful experience staying at Michelle's beach condo. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed. One morning, we took the kids for a walk to the beach, and it was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Although we were there during the winter, I can only imagine how amazing it would be to stay there in the summer. Thank you, Michelle, for allowing us to stay at your condo and for being so easy to reach. I had a few questions, and Michelle promptly answered each one when I called. We truly appreciate it!

Great condo layout for family of 4. Great location

The condo was exactly as portrayed in listing pictures. 2-story unit with bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and kitchen, family room, extra bathroom, and balcony upstairs. The host Michelle was great with providing information and easy to contact during stay. It's an ocean front unit however the dunes obstruct any ocean view but it's a peacful view of a garden area and property has beautiful landscaping. Easy short walk to the (heated) pool and beach. There's even a walking path just before the dunes leading to the main Omni hotel property. Michelle provided a great curated list of restaurant recommendations. Happy with our stay!

Great Location, Perfect for Kids

Steps to beach, excellent layout; sleeping downstairs kept away from the noises and bustle of those playing upstairs. Will be favoriting to stay again.
