Excellent property about 10-20 minutes from various beaches. The interior was very nice and well-appointed with comfortable furniture, and the rooms were all bigger than I expected. It was one of the only listings where they didn’t try to exaggerate the size of the rooms by tweaking picture angles and whatnot - like I said, all bigger than I expected. We didn’t have the occasion to ise the backyard much, but the fence offers excellent privacy. I would definitely stay again as the value/price was excellent for such a nice house/neighborhood that close to the beach. We only had four in our family, but I think it would be a comfortable property for quite a few more people. The only slight negative was relatively low water pressure from the sinks and a long time for the water to get hot - but the owner let us know in advance and it’s a pretty minor gripe considering all the myriad positives.
