Our stay was amazing! The Cozy Crab was so clean, neat, everything we needed in the kitchen even beach towels! The dock... amazing place to watch sunrises and sunsets and catch some fish or watch the dolphins! The lot was covered in old old oaks just beautiful. If you love the water, nature and a peaceful place then you've found it ! We'll be back for sure!

We were looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway for a few days, and we found exactly what we wanted at the Cozy Crab. The cabin was clean, well-supplied and quiet, and we were able to sit by the water each morning and enjoy the sunrise. And although the cabin has a remote feeling to it, there are plenty of places to explore and restaurants to enjoy just a few miles away. When we checked in, we had a minor question regarding the satellite tv, but Scott and Ashley immediately assisted us which gave us peace of mind knowing that they responded so quickly. We look forward to staying at the Cozy Crab again.

Perfect for us!

The Cozy Crab is an adorable studio cabin on the St. Mary’s River with a large fenced in lot. This was perfect for our two very active shepherds that travel with us everywhere. The cabin was fully stocked for all our needs and most definitely exceeded our expectations. We wish we had more time to fish as there were quite a lot of fish jumping around out there. We also saw dolphins every day!Ashley & Scott your place is quite cozy indeed and cute as a button! Loved sipping a cup of coffee looking at the beautiful sunrise (see pic). Thanks for having us!

Perfect in every way!

We loved this property that was perfect in every way! No Detail was left unattended. The view was great. The location was super convenient. The host was the most responsive I’ve ever worked with. Couples get away

I booked this place as a quick little get away for my husband and I as we only live an 1 hr and a half from here. We both absolutely Love to fish so I thought this looked like a cozy little place for us to slip off and do just that. This place was nothing less than PERFECT for us. If you are looking for fancy then this one is not for you however I am always looking for that simple little unique place for us and I definitely hit a home run with this one.. Ashley was a great host!! We will be returning to this one ❤️

Just right for fishing

The owners Scott and Ashley went above and beyond to help my husband have a nice few days fishing with a few of our grandchildren. If there was one complaint it was the room where the bunk beds are was warm. Otherwise a perfect place to relax.. fish and enjoy the peaceful surroundings We plan to come back. This time I plan to go!! My husband Greg said it was perfect!

Lovely

This place immediately makes you slow down and observe. You can sit inside and with the view you feel like you’re outside. But making it down to the end of the dock is where all the beauty is. We watched the sunrise every morning and they all were so different. Next time we’re for sure going to rent a boat. And there definitely will be a next time. This is one of those unique setups that you will go out of your way to make happen again and again. And the hostess….. lovely as well. And very accommodating and available. Such a quaint place and unique experience.

Perfect Retreat

We had the most amazing time while staying at "The Cozy Crab"! The water views are out of this world, and the set up has been so well thought out by the owners. Even though it's a smaller place, it feels big when there with the layout, outdoor amenities, and just everything that was given so much intentional thought by the owners. Cozy Crab Forever!

Ashley and Scott were so amazing with all of our questions and needs for our stay. The place itself was AMAZING. Clean, organized, well furnished and thoughtful little touches made it so special. That dock though! We spent every day on that amazing dock and saw all kinds of sealife swim by! Not really important but a huge plus we’re the really friendly neighbors happy to suggest restaurants and places to see!

A little slice of heaven

This little "cabin" was just perfect for my getaway with my pups. Even though they didn't deliver on the Florida sunshine I ordered (just kidding), the location, view and amenities more than made up for the rainy and windy days!

Great cottage with boating access.

The Cozy Crab was a great spot for our spring break getaway. The sunrise and marsh views are excellent. The kids enjoyed catching fish and crabbing off the dock. The deep water creek access for our 25’ boat made it easy to get to all the nearby towns, beaches and restaurants just a short boat ride away. Scott and Amy are great host, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great little cottage!

We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Crab. It's perfect for a couple or small family. We enjoyed sitting on the water-front screened-in porch and waking up to stunning sunrises. It's a 15 - 20 minute driving distance to St. Fernandina and the Amelia Island Coast. Thank you!
