  • Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally located Charleston-style home in downtown Jacksonville, just minutes from parks, harbors, kayak launches, walking paths, local coffee shops, bakeries, and nearby waterfront recreation.

    The home features a dedicated theater room with an 85” TV, surround sound, recliners, and extra-large bean bags for cozy family movie nights. Roku streaming devices are provided for guest logins and streaming access.

    Nearby amenities include a fenced-in playground, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, baseball fields, boat launch, and kayak rentals. Conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from Camp Lejeune, 30 minutes to North Topsail Beach, and 45 minutes to Emerald Isle.

    Sleeping arrangements include:
    • 1 upstairs king bed
    • 1 downstairs full bed
    • Sleeper sofa

    Guests can also enjoy a Keurig coffee station for easy mornings.

Stayed here while in town to attend a retirement ceremony at Camp Lejeune for a family member. The location was close to base and perfect for our family. The house is clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils/items you may need, and the theater room was such a fun hit with our four year old! The beds were comfy after a long day in the sun at the beach. We would definitely stay again if we were back in the area!

Excellent location near Riverwalk Park area. Very walkable to the river and a large recreation center. Courts for every sport. Pickleball court was packed when I strolled by. Delicious restaurant choices easily walkable. Lmao

Great stay overall. The amenities were impressive, especially the theater setup — definitely a highlight. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was clear and everything worked smoothly during my visit. I’d absolutely stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean. The "movie theater" in the garage was nice. We watched a movie in the nice reclining chairs! We did cook out on the grill. There were used flossers on the outdoor table, but we didn't eat outside. The only thing I would suggest is more dinner plates, drinking glasses and more silverware. A few more bath towels would have been nice too! Overall, we had a nice stay! Thank you!

Excellent communication from the host. Perfect location for visiting my two sons stationed at Camp Lejeune. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Friendly neighborhood in a revitalized area. Highly recommend Overruled smash kitchen within walking distance to the rental.

It was a nice place to stay. I do thi k they need to change the sheets before someone else stays. I had 2 black hairs and debri in the bed. They need to leave move wash clothes and garbage bags. I was their for 4 days and had only 1 small garbage bag for the kitchen. Other then that . Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood.

This house was so wonderful and cozy. We were in town visiting our kid at the local base and the house was just in the perfect location for getting there quick. Pet friendly; even had a crate in case we needed it. We only got to use the theatre room once as we were busy and it was just so fun to sit in there and relax. The house was so clean and in such a quiet area, we will use this house again as we hope to visit often! Beds were very comfortable; parking was easy and the instructions were spot on!A highlight for our movie night was the popcorn machine! So much fun.

It was in a great location only minutes from the reason I was in the area and close to a few really good restaurants. Will definitely book this property again if it’s available next time I have to go to Jacksonville.

Perfect Spot!

We loved this house! It’s within walking distance to a restaurant downtown, great theater, well stocked with amenities, and very clean! We really enjoyed our week and would stay again if back in the area.

Family Weekend

Rented for a long weekend to visit family stationed at the local marine base. Perfect location to base, restaurants, and stores. House was clean and accommodations perfect for a long weekend. Highly recommend.
