Island Paradise

This condo was great. It was clean and had all the comforts of home, along with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrises from the deck. The location is perfect in the Omni Resort with restaurants, shopping, golf, and beautiful walking paths. It's like being on an Island resort.

Very Nice Condo in a Beautiful Community

My spouse and I visited friends in the area for a long weekend and were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo is located on the Omni Resort property and is in a convenient location if you're looking to explore Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. The condo was nicely decorated and the beach front view is amazing. The property management team were helpful and shared all of the details we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely return when in the area again.

Excellent location

Well it was a beautiful unit! But the mattress was horrible! We got very little sleep! If you look at the mattress you can see there is a problem with it. Also the kitchen needs restocked with cooking tools! Pots and pans are very limited! It’s a struggle to find stuff to fix dinner and to cook with. Other than these topics the place was nice.

Wonderful Beach Front Stay!!

I attended a Realtor Conference and our hotel was booked so I had to find an offsite place to stay. Not knowing the area, I needed to ensure I was as close as possible to the venue for the Conference. The owner was very accurate with the distance of this unit to the conference venue. When I arrived, there was a bit of miscommunication with the contactless check-in but the owner was on top of things, and got me access to the unit within minutes. The unit was exactly as it was depicted on-line down to the curtains being opened showcasing the gorgeous ocean view and in the same exact position as the photos and being in Real Estate, this is Impressive! The unit was very clean and spacious. The property was very clean and peaceful, we never heard our neighbors :). I would say that having door hooks for coats, bathrobes etc. would have been convenient but that definitely won't deter me from re-booking this beautiful condo! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thank You!

Wonderful condo, beautifully decorated. Perfectly positioned with glorious views of the beach. Property Manager very easy to deal with, great communication especially when there was a leak in the condo. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Nice property.

It was a nice property. The frig broke when we were there so that was a bummer. One thing that would be helpful is more description on coffee maker as I purchased Keurig cups. We left a cooler for the next person to use. They only had one beach chair...two Would have been nice. Mentioning the laundry access in your description would be helpful to. It was a nice property. Just needs a couple of tweaks to make renters more informed.
