The place is in an excellent location! The dwelling is overall suboptimal. The mattresses are poor. There is an odor of mold or mildew in the bathrooms, particularly on the 3rd floor. The shower faucet on the first floor is constantly leaking. The third-floor bunk room bathroom sink has a missing porcelain section filled in with caulk. The walls have over 100 paint overs in a different color. The kitchen is poorly stocked. One of the kitchen light fixtures' glass pendants is missing. One of the kitchen drawers is crooked. The garbage can's electronic lid does not work. We can't stay there again. I could go on. Great location, but suboptimal dwelling. I communicated this upon starting our trip, and the response was "We’ve made note of each of the items you mentioned and will be sure to review them with our team so we can get them addressed. Your observations are detailed and constructive, and they’ll help us keep the home in great shape for future guests."

Great Property

Property as described. It was very clean and within walking distance to the beach. Property had all amenities and area was very quiet. Only issue was bathroom outlets did not work. Other than this it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect just needs AC and someone who responds

The location is just about perfect and the house is a great rental for a beach weekend, just don't count on a working AC unit or helpful communication with the manager.

Quiet Beach Neighborhood

The location is great. Quiet Neighborhood a few small blocks from the beach. 1 mile from Publix and Target. Excellent AC and hot water. Three floors, so lots of stairs, but that’s typical for JAX Beach. Parking for three cars. Great value.

The property was clean and maintained well. It had every amenity that you could think of as a home away from home. The friendly hosts/property management answered any questions we had within minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

There are neighbors on both sides of you, but we got lucky and only had neighbors on one side. The property is very clean. The outlets in the bathrooms don’t work except for the 1st floor and the lock on the front door can be frustrating to actually lock. Only 2 minor inconveniences but not enough to lose a star. It was perfect for the beach and Luke Combs concert just a short drive away!

Beautiful home, but not beachfront

This home is beautiful and worked well for our family, however it isn’t a beachfront property like it shows. The beach is a good four blocks away, but a quick 10 minute walk. The owner was very responsive and receptive to some suggestions!

Great Property

Excellent location. Just a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean, felt brand new, and spacious for the four of us. It’s was a nice surprise to see a cart, chairs, and toys for the beach for us to use. Neighbors were good, very quiet at night. Plan to rebook this property in the future!

Beautiful place - will stay again

This is a wonderful property in a great location. It is a quieter area of Jacksonville which we enjoyed. Close to restaurants and just a few minute walk to the beach. The home is stocked with everything that we needed and was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed having plenty of space to be comfortable and each room has a private bathroom. Well appointed and very clean. We will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable!

Great property in Jacksonville Beach! Convenient location, within short distance of a number of restaurants offering a good variety of cuisines and price ranges. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach buggy, chairs and umbrella for our short, 5 minute walk to the beach. Checkin was as straightforward as could be. Communication with the owners was pleasant and unobtrusive. Modern amenitieis and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property, location

We were in town for a funeral, so we really didn’t take advantage of the beach. That said, the walk to the beach seemed short and direct. The property is lovely and is in excellent shape. The only knock I would give would be the curtains in the two upstairs bedrooms. While aesthetically pleasing, they aren’t wide enough to completely black out the morning sun. For those wanting to sleep in, this could be an issue.
