All rooms were very clean. The house has beach decor. The host responded to all emails promptly. Some family members wished for additional TVs in the bedrooms. The furniture was in great condition. The beds were comfortable and had white linen. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property.

The host was great. They called to warn me about water heater issues that they were trying to get fixed before our arrival. The house was cozy. Nice back yard for hanging out. From the moment we arrived, I felt right at home. The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail you put into everything. The location was also fantastic! I would highly recommend this Vrbo. It is decorated beautifully more than most Vrbo. Location was perfect. Walk to beach was a little more than I expected. But still close. Our grandkids loved the pool. Layout of bedrooms was perfect. We would definitely book this again.

Exceptional Hosts - Outstanding Property

We visited Jacksonville for a wedding. Family members, party of 7 were comfortable in this well equipped , single story home with all the amenities! Close to the beach, shopping and sightseeing made our stay very enjoyable and easy!Our hosts communicated well and were responsive and flexible.I would absolutely stay again and recommend this home to others!

4 teens, 1 pre-teen and 2 adults… still paradise!

We are a family of 7 with 2 teenage boys that are 6’2, two teen girls and a pre-teen boy. We all loved this property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone slept great. The house was stocked with all of the kitchen tools we could need to make meals. There were plenty of games to keep us occupied well into the early hours of the morning! The stock tank pool was perfect for the kids to cool off in while we made dinner on the grill. Walking to the beach was easy and the beach was clean and beautiful! Our kids LOVED the park that was a 2 min walk away. They packed a picnic lunch and spent hours there. This property really was so centrally located to everything our family could need. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your amazing home! We hope to visit again!

Great place for gathering and relaxing!

We came to town for a family wedding but would come back to stay here for a beach vacation! It was a great place for all our couples and older teens to stay together. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement worked great. We didn’t have any big meals here but it would have been easy with the kitchen arrangement. We loved that there were several small tables for playing board games - they’ve even provided some which we appreciated very much! The backyard was a great spot for just hanging out for old and young and the beach gear provided made us wish we had more time! Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing Staycation

Best communication I've ever had with the host of a VRBO! We loved the house! Plenty of room for everyone! Some of OUR plans didn't go smooth but had NOTHING to do with VRBO. The host were willing to go above and beyond to help us out if needed.

Wedding Weekend

The Charleston was a wonderful property for the wedding weekend. With 5 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there was plenty of room for 6 adults. Lovely backyard, but, sadly, the weather was rainy during our 4 day stay. The living room provided a cozy environment to snuggle up, chat, and catch the first weekend of football. It was very convenient to many Jax Beach favorites. Thank you for opening your lovely home.

The Perfect Group Getaway

To sum up this property in one word: Perfect A group of colleagues, we rented it together because we were in town for a funeral and wanted a permanent place to gather and also connect with other colleagues in town. The space exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom was wonderful, the front sitting area with wet bar was the perfect hub. The eating nook in the kitchen was a great secondary gathering spot. The outdoor space looked inviting, but we didn't use it in the summer heat. We also didn't have a need to walk to the beach, but it was so close to everything and walkable that I've already sent it to friends as a suggestion for a couples trip, which would be perfect. Our hosts thought of everything. The house was probably overstocked, if I am being honest, compared to other rentals. What we needed, it had. And then extra. They were also great communicators and more than flexible when it came to our unique needs for the week. Again, if you're considering this property, you can stop looking for others. It was amazing.

New favorite spot for staycation!

Absolutely perfect...exactly as listed. Amazing boho vibes! Great communication, professionally cleaned and spotless, comfy beds, all the small details you might need, layout of property gave everyone the space and room to relax...while common areas were perfect for time together. Beautiful inside and out...would highly recommend!

The Charleston was a great 5Br 2Br property in a quiet residential area. We were a group of 7 adults. The floor plan was perfect 3/2 on one side and 2/1 on the other. The property was clean, updated , tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you could want for your stay. There were 2 eating areas and several conversation areas inside, and anther eating area and seating outside.While we didn't have any kids we did note a crib, pack and play, high chair and some books and games. It rained on our beach day so we did not check out the beach stuff, but did make use of games.An overall great vacation spot perfect for your group.

Great Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect! A group of us rented the house for a weekend getaway. The bedrooms were great to give people privacy, but the outdoor area and living room were perfect for bringing everyone together. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels which were helpful for our rainy weekend. Shaun and Angie were very responsive and helpful through the entire stay.

They thought of everything!

Wow, Shaun and Angie thought of it all! This house is spacious, updated and has absolutely everything you want in a vacation home. Our family gathered from around the country to celebrate Christmas and everyone kept commenting about the house. It was the perfect backdrop for our group of eight. The kitchen is well stocked and we so enjoyed the bar area by the living room—it was our go to for morning coffee. The beds are sooo comfy and the bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and decorated beautifully. If you’re fortunate enough to find your dates available, book now. You won’t regret it!

Lovely space that brought our family together

This was a lovely home filled with many thoughtful and loving details, and it was the perfect spot for our family to get together. We chose this house specifically for the fact that it had 5 bedrooms, whereas many other similar houses only had four, but we didn't bargain on the many other nice spaces in the home, like the cute little breakfast nook that doubled as a great game table, the kitchen and separate bar area, and the lovely private back yard with a thick hedge around it to prevent any visibility into the space from the street. The hosts were very responsive and very kind. Staying at this house was a huge win for everyone in the family. Thank you so much!!

The Charleston exceeded our expectations! The house was perfectly clean, with a convenient walking distance to a coffee shop and a short drive from the excellent restaurants in Jax Beach.
