Our dog had to have surgery and this place gave us a place to stay that was quiet and the fenced in yard made it that much easier. The host went above and beyond and would recommend if someone needed a place to stay.

Thank you for a fast check-in.

We are local and our a/c went out. We could not live without a/c in June and don’t like hotels. The property manager was fabulous. We were very familiar with the neighborhood and the only reason I gave a rating of four stars for location is due to the busy street and a very narrow driveway. If you had a large truck or SVU I don’t think it would fit. The bungalow was very clean and well prepared. I would love to own this home if it was on a less busy street. You won’t be dissatisfied. Beds are fabulous. Wonderful water pressure in the shower.

Park Street Jewel

We once again had to vacate our home while the remaining hardwood floors in our home were being refinished and found this wonderful property for a week stay. The location is perfect - in the heart of Riverside-Avondale and within walking distance of the Pinegrove Deli - great aged meats and deli restaurant. The property manager, Ashley, was extraordinarily responsive and thoughtful. We were welcomed with a goodie bag of snacks and a bottle of wine as well as a welcome sign. The house has two very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, both tastefully decorated. The living room is also very comfortable, with great seating. There is an adjacent small office space that allowed me to work away from home and the kitchen was spotless, with all of the necessities, including a Kurig and coffee pods. The large fenced in backyard was perfect for our two Aussies and very peaceful. Thank you Ashley 🙏

Fantastic Experience

We had a great experience at the Bungalow on Park. We stayed for 3 full weeks and could not of had a better experience. The house was very clean and well furnished. The location is very close to downtown and only 30 minutes from some amazing beaches. Would definitely recommend the place!

Best Stay Ever

I’ve stayed in a LOT of VRBO locations and this was by far the best experience. The house is perfect, was so clean and well stocked. We came for work with some vacation on the side and the bungalow really became a destination in itself. I HIGHLY recommend this location. The hosts were wonderful and easy to reach. Communication was great.

Everything we wanted and more!

Ashley is an amazing host and this gem of a house is even better in person than in the pictures. Every welcoming detail left for us by Ashley reinforced the fact that we chose the right home. :) This house is in walking distance to great restaurants--eating at Iguanas is a must if you stay here. Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to try the sandwiches at the nearby butcher shop, so we'll have to do that next time. My only suggestion to anyone staying here is that it's easier to get out on the road if you back your car in when you park. Can't wait to stay here again! THANK YOU Ashley! We appreciated every detail of your home and your promptness in responding did not go unnoticed. M+M

Pet friendly

House was well equipped. Nice fenced backyard for the dog to play. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook with including a variety of spices. Ashley was very accommodating.

Nice Place to Sleep

We are from JAX and moved to Pittsburgh recently. Just needed a place to hang out while visiting for the holidays. The place is exactly as described and we appreciated having this spot to sleep. It’s well furnished but not particularly cozy…which for us was fine. The owners were really communicative and it was a pleasure to work with them. They had some really nice touches like a bottle of wine, a greeting sign and some water and snacks. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

Clean, cute bungalow

My family of three stayed here to be near my parents for a week. Very clean home, nicely appointed. The host was very easy to work with, helped out immediately to resolve a wifi issue, and even provided a darling Thanksgiving craft for my daughter to make. Nicely supplied property .. all the things renters need are there. Bathroom is small, but clean and functional. Back yard is nice and peaceful. Convenient to Ortege, Avondale and Riverside.

Great Place!!!

As pictured, clean, owners responded quickly to messages. Above average for VRBO in terms of coffee, tea, kitchen and laundry items. Easy and quick access to much of what Jacksonville has to offer, 15 minutes to TIAA stadium in game day traffic. Definitely recommended!
