Amazing property

Great place for our Spring Break trip. House is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Location is a few blocks from the beach and close to all the amenties and restaurants you would need. Btw the showers are amazing...

Jacksonville Beach Breast Cancer Marathon wkend

Nice house close to where we needed to be for the marathon! Also close to restaurants, a Publix, etc. Nice size bedrooms for three couples.

Cozy, Spacious, and Convenient - Highly Recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house itself is in fantastic condition – clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It's a large house, which was perfect for our group, but it still managed to feel cozy and welcoming. The location was also a huge plus; it was so convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Andrew and Melody were incredible hosts. They provided clear and helpful instructions ahead of time, making check-in a breeze. Throughout our stay, they were always readily available to answer any questions we had, and were incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable home away from home in a great location. You won't be disappointed!

Family visit to FL

The inside of the house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and had all of the supplies for cooking and food prep that we needed. The back patio is nice. The pool is great but the jets and skimmer did not work the whole time we were there. We did communicate with the owners and they sent a maintenance man to try to fix it, but he was not able to. The owners were sorry and issued us a credit. The location of the house is great and we were able to go to the beach a few times as well as the grocery store and restaurants in a very convenient Manner.

Amazing outdoor pool space!

We LOVED this place! We had 7 kids ages 7-13 and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool and amazing outdoor setup with sectional couch, overhead shade, outdoor TV w/bar & mini fridge, and pool with waterfall and palm trees. We spent most of our time in the awesome backyard setup- didn’t spend much time indoors. Super short drive to beach with ample free parking (could walk, we just chose not to with our big group of kids). 3 minute drive for groceries was awesome! We LOVED the cute brunch place we walked to at the end of the street. Just a short drive to Jacksonville city to do some fun tourist stuff. Property was clean with plenty of towels.

For the cleaning fee price it was not as clean as it should be. There was mold on the masters soap dispenser and the downstairs faucets. The one shower had a leak so the ceiling is all messed up. The downstairs bathroom toilet chain kept falling off and not flushing. Im not sure why the vacuum was in the pool the whole time.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time in Jacksonville for spring break. The house was in close walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. The only complaint was the massive hole in the livingroom ceiling. It was covered with plastic and duct tape. It seemed to be from some leak. It would have been nice to be notified of this prior to booking. Overall the house was nice.

Nice house, clean property, friendly neighbor cats, not too too far from the beach, missing smaller essentials like spatula/water filter, could have used more trash bags, grateful for soaps shampoos, needed more towels.overall great spot, great hosts.

Nice Beach House

We loved the location--very close to the beach with plenty of options to eat nearby. Our kids really enjoyed having a pool too! Lots of room and closet space. Great communication from the owners. We would totally stay here again!

Very Nice Stay!

My family of 3 stayed at this property with another family of 4 and we had plenty of space. The pool was amazing! We enjoyed every bit of it! Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths for us. The beach is just a short drive across the street and there are several good shops and restaurants at your fingertips. There was no toaster or blender but not a major inconvenience! We look forward to staying at one of Andrew & Melody’s properties again in the future!
