Check-in is easy with our contactless process.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Please do not arrive early. Access instructions will be sent on the morning of your check-in.
After booking, you will have access to my cell phone number. My handyman and housekeeper live close by and are eager to help should issues arise.

The neighborhood is a mix of long term residents and short term rental properties.
Our Cottage by the Sea is located a short distance from Main Beach where you can enjoy two restaurants, a playground and a round of Putt Putt.
The downtown area of Fernandina Beach is located less than 3 miles of the Cottage. Our downtown has a variety of shops, restaurants, and delicious treats and ice-cream at Fantastic Fudge, Nana Teresa's Bakery, Cinnamon Bear Country Store and Watanut.
The downtown hosts a local fresh farmer's market on Saturday mornings.


Guests have full access to the home with no shared interior spaces.
Parking for the cottage is easily accessible and located between the Cottage and our Rosie's Retreat.
We can accommodate 2 vehicles.
