This was the nicest condo we have ever rented. It was beautiful, immaculate, and well-appointed. We loved spending time on the balcony, which had ample furniture/seating and even an electric barbecue grill (VERY rare). It was extremely spacious.The condo is well-stocked. It included supplies such as laundry detergent and fabric softener, as well as spices and other essentials. Typically, we have to bring our own.Angela was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We appreciated the clear communication about the arrival process and how she checked in multiple times during our stay. Self check-in was easy. I could not recommend this unit any more; we would definitely book this again if we returned to the area. If it is available, look no further.

Condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our host was extremely helpful in suggesting local restaurants and we loved each one that we tried. Looking forward to staying at this condo in the future. We can't wait to come back. Very friendly and safe area.

This is a lovely well maintained condo right on the beach. The host Angela was so very kind and helpful during our 8 night stay. The unit was fully stocked with most anything one could need for a fun beach vacation or peaceful respite by the ocean. We really did not want for anything plus the area was safe and convenient. This one is a 10 out of 10!

Angela’s condo was divine! It was very clean, beautifully decorated in a peaceful palette, & the beds were very comfortable and cozy. Every room was thoughtfully and fully stocked with all the necessities and yet, it was not cluttered.It was SO refreshing to live in a clean space with minimal clutter that it inspired me to bring that light, peaceful feeling back home to motivate me to ruthlessly declutter my home. I especially loved the romantic and inviting pastel bedding on the guest bed, being able to cook healthy meals, and the peace I felt sitting on the balcony at night. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from her balcony. Angela was the perfect hostess. She went out of her way to ensure the bed and bath linens were washed in fragrance free detergent for my friend. She provided all the info for an easy check-in and check-out. She was easy to talk to and helpful. She even shared some decluttering tips with me when I told her how wonderful it was staying at her clean and clutter free condo and how I wanted to bring that feeling and vision back home with me and use it to help me declutter my home. I shall forever be grateful for all of the hard work Angela put into cleaning, decorating, and perfectly stocking her condo in such a way that it gave me a vision of what is possible, how good it feels, and inspired me to make that a reality in my life.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The beach was beautiful, especially the morning sunrise. It was spacious and comfortable. Our Host, Tish, was very attentive. We had one issue that was handled well and solved quickly. Communication was great. The place was very easy to access. The location was amazing and close to everything we needed. We would love to return. I highly recommend.

The unit had a few issues: tv was very hard to use, mold around vents in mb shower, when you opened the shower door it covered the Ada handle so it could not be used. The owner gave us a hard time about our service dog which is fully certified and travels all over the world.

Great location

The condo was very clean. We have stayed here the past 2 years in December and the owner always gets back with us in a timely manner whenever we have any questions. The condo has a nice big balcony overlooking the ocean.We were very happy with our stay and will probably book again next year.

Everything and More

This newly renovated condo was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and provided everything you would need for a great beach vacation. It’s easy to settle in here and feel like home. Great for one person or a family. Beautiful ocean vistas as well as close to restaurants and shopping. It’s on a quiet street and in a safe neighborhood rounding out the perks. The host was kind and attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

My husband and I and sister and brother- in- law came for a Packers vs Jaguars game. We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. We took day trips to Amelia Island and St. Augustine. The owner was very responsive, and the property was as described. There were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that could have been better, would be to have more of the necessities around the condo. We ran low on soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. It didn't cause a problem, because we just walked to the gas station a block away to get more. It was an extremely positive experience. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing distance.

Wonderful location

For our family, the choice was all about location - proximity to the beach and local friends and family. We were delightfully surprised at how lovely and useful the property grounds became, especially the pool. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos - beautiful view and very comfortable.

Amazing!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo and we were once again pleased with our stay at Oceania. Tish was great to communicate with. The condo had everything we could possibly need and was just steps away from the beach. My favorite thing about this location is the space!!!! Not once have I ever felt crowded here, and this location has never felt "touristy." We drove down to St. Augustine one evening for a ghost tour which was so much fun! Spent another evening riding go-karts and playing putt putt. Did some shopping at St. John Town Center. Overall, it was a great vacation and I cannot say enough good things about Tish and her lovely condo!

Perfect Escape

My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I had a fantastic trip to Jax Beach this past week. This condo was excellent in every way. The location is great in proximity to grocery stores, dining, and of course the beach and pool. Everything inside was in really great condition, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The weather this week was hot, but with the pool and ocean right outside, and that wonderful large balcony staring out to the ocean is was both extremely energizing and relaxing. The beach was not overly crowded even on Memorial Day. Tish was an excellent host, very communicative and made sure that we had clear instructions on everything we needed. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach, overall feeling like home. The beds were very comfortable, and towels and linens were plentiful. The complex also had excellent security with electronic gates for both car and beach access. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Tish! for providing a perfect escape for my family.
