Located on the 1st floor, this cozy oceanfront one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio is the perfect retreat for two adults, plus a child, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in storage, a wall-mounted TV, and a patio overlooking the pool and ocean. There is a sofa bed to accommodate one child. The bathroom includes dual sinks and a tiled walk-in shower.

Enjoy the convenience of a small kitchen with a stove and mini fridge/freezer, along with free Wi Fi throughout your stay. Step outside for a refreshing dip in the oceanside pool or settle into the soft sand just steps from your door. For business travelers, the villa is ideally located just a short walk from the Omni Resort's conference center, offering the perfect mix of business and beachside relaxation.

Please note: This first-floor studio does require some stairs for access, though using the ramp eliminates most of them. The shared laundry room is just a few doors away, with washers and dryers available free of charge. An ice machine is located on the ground floor.
