This is our new favorite beachfront stay. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate, that particular stretch of the beach is relatively secluded, and the pool area was lovely. The best parts of this stay though, were the cleanliness of the condo, along with how well it was furnished. I’ve never stayed in a cleaner or more comfortable rental. We can’t wait to come back.

Flamingo Paradise

This condo was very cozy and perfect for our family vacation. It was situated close to the pool and a short walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our time staying here.

Lovely stay with the pups

The Mrs. and I needed a relaxing stay on the beach and this place hit all the marks. Location was fantastic and condo was charming, clean and had great views of the morning sunrise over the ocean. Easy checkin and property management was fantastic and worked with having our pups with us. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We loved all the beachy decor. The place was really clean. Amelia Island Getaways was easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again

Great location, great place to unwind and relax. Views are amazing. Condo is very well appointed and nicely decorated. I would definitely return and will recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed staying at these villas and would recommend the same for families traveling with pets. Having stayed at the resort previously, it was very convenient to still be on the Omni property and drive around the local neighborhood on golf carts. The walks to the beach were very refreshing to catch sunrise. The vibe is very safe and peaceful.

Great view and property

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was provided that you could possible need. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs who were well behaved. The pool, landscaping and ocean walkway were excellent. Management kept in touch! Lots of good restaurnats in the area. I would recommend BarZen.

Stunning sunrise view, pet friendly

We visit Amelia Island every year for past 18 years and we are so glad we took this opportunity to bring our pet along to visit the beach. Condo is very clean and spacious, comfortable beds, stunning sunrise view! The unit is very accessible to pool and nice walk to the beach. The only thing missing from our stay was a few additional bath towels because we were swimming so much and property manager was quick to help and provided extra towels same day. Overall, wonderful stay!

Chromas holiday getaway!

A beautiful well furnished and well appointed unit! Everything you could possibly need, super clean, and the view!!!!! Highly recommend this place ! Ps the management company was awesome! Communication was great, making sure everything was good several times!!!! The owners should be very happy with them !

Perfect Getaway

Our recent stay on Amelia Island delivered in every way! The pictures were exactly what we walked into. The condo was up to date, beautifully furnished, clean and quiet!! There was every amenity at your fingertips. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our very private balcony coming up out of the ocean each morning. The pool was a one-minute stroll from our unit and was stunning. We found all types of restaurants nearby, a wonderful supermarket and many other activities if you were feeling more energetic than we were, i.e., bike riding, kayaks. It really was the perfect escape for our 5 days there. (And we also were fortunate to have gorgeous weather for the beginning of February👌) Would highly recommend!!

Very Clean property. Great View! Nice location

Overall we had a wonderful experience at this property. Hurricane Nicole decided to interrupt our vacation the last several days but overall we had a nice time at this property. The property is located in the heart of the Omni plantation. Access to several restaurants on site is easily available and could be walked which we did on two occasions. The property has excellent space and plenty of room for two couples. In our case it was just one couple but this property easily handle two couples. If you are interested in enjoying some of the historic downtown Fernandina beach restaurants and shops, expect about 20 minutes drive time. This property had everything we needed for our stay. One thing to note is that the elevator takes you almost all the way up to the property however, you will need to negotiate about 7-8 stairs before reaching this entry. The property is not on the top floor so there was a bit of noise from folks above us and a little bit from the folks beside us however, it was not obnoxious and it was only during certain times of the day that we could hear them. The only other suggestion we would consider adding would be two lounge chairs on the balcony. There are two tables (high and low) which are great for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning but they are not the best for reading or just relaxing with your feet up! I would consider replacing one table with 2 cushioned lounge chairs. My wife appreciated the 2 coffee makers but I would also have liked an electric tea kettle since I am not a coffee guy. I boiled my water in a pan so no big deal but I do like the electric kettles! Overall 5 stars. Would definitely return here and recommend to others.

My family and I loved this place. Such a great introduction to Amelia Island. We will definitely be back. The location and proximity to the beach were perfect. And the views of the sunrise and sunset are incredible from the balcony.

Perfect for family vacation!

This was perfect for our family of 5. Much larger than we expected, beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, some beach toys, beautiful view! Lots of little restaurants on the location, easy but somewhat long walk if you don’t get around easy. We rented chairs, totally worth it. Pool was great too! Lastly, the communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful trip

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view from the balcony and a short walk to the pool and beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare great meals. The app gave us great recommendations for restaurants, golf, beach chair rental, and fishing charters. Communication with the property managers was easy and thorough. We would definitely stay here again.
