Sandy Dunes is a golf-front villa in the prestigious Sawgrass community, just a short walk from the shores of Ponte Vedra Beach. Sunlit rooms, open living spaces, and serene course views set the tone for a relaxed coastal stay. Sorry, no pets.

Living space
The open floor plan features vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, a flat-screen TV, and an indoor fireplace. A light-filled enclosed sunroom with panoramic golf course views is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. The main suite offers restful sleep and deck access, while the additional bedrooms are equally inviting with ample closet space and soft linens.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking basics. Enjoy meals at the dining table overlooking the golf course or step out to the patio.

Outdoors & beach
A short walk leads to the beach, where you can stroll the shore or take in the ocean breeze. Guests have access to the community pool. The private patio and backyard offer additional space to relax.

Please Note: Pool and beach access point are private Sawgrass community amenities.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
