The second guest room offers a queen bed as well as a twin bed. The spacious bathroom connected to this room boasts a garden tub, a walk in shower, as well as a double vanity. The third bedroom just off of the living space features a full-sized bunk bed.

A quick 5 minute walk will take you directly to the waters edge and sandy beaches of the Florida coastline. The nearby pool is just a short distance from the home and is the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around the pool. The Summer Beach Village community is also just a short walk or drive away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops and spa.
