This single-story 2-bedroom, 2-bath canal-front home is perfect for Mayo Clinic patients and professionals, snowbirds, golf enthusiasts, executive stays, and couples looking for a peaceful beach getaway.
Enjoy your private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, spacious patio, outdoor dining area, grill, private dock, and floating dock on a canal connected to the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your boat, kayak, paddleboard, or other water toys and enjoy direct water access. There are no fixed bridges to open water. Canal depth is typically 3–4 feet and may reach approximately 1 foot during extreme low tides. Boat lift and jet skis are not available for guest use.
Inside, you’ll find a stylish living room, separate family room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious primary suite with en-suite bath, guest bedroom, and second full bath. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer located in the garage. A portion of the garage is reserved for owner storage.
Conveniently located near Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beach, TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Spa, The Lemon Bar, St. Johns Town Center, and downtown Jacksonville.

Casa De Barquilla offers the perfect blend of waterfront living, private amenities, and easy access to Jacksonville Beach’s best attractions. We love sharing our family home with guests that return year over year. These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests. A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property. It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets, Events & gatherings, Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors. EVENT FRIENDLY HOMES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, INSURANCE AND AGREEMENTS QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced per local ordinance. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 2 No street parking. Sorry no animals due to a LIFE THREATENING Owner allergy TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles.Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions, Retreats or private business events

Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING) Guests must follow check out instructions including timing. $100 an hour will be added for late check outs not approved

Boat | Dock | Pool Guests can dock and tie up on the floating dock. Upper dock and boat life are for owner use only. Extreme care should be used around pool, dock, spa and canal for water safety and wildlife. Guest assumes all responsibility for injury and care around these items including minors and all other guests invited during the duration of the stay.
