This beautiful studio has everything thing you could need including beach chairs, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen (very organized) all within a couple of short blocks to the beach. The owner provides great information about the area and is responsive to any needs.

Audrey was the BEST host I have ever dealt with! She was so accommodating and helpful. The rental was very clean and nicely furnished. It's cozy for two people. The location is awesome, just steps to the beach and near shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Audrey for a wonderful stay!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how cute the furnishings were and how clean everything was both are very important of me. If I had any questions about restaurants or anything, she was right there to answer everything for me and was just very sweet. It’s a very, very nice place to stay and very close to Mayo if you need that which is why I was there.

Audrey was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable and soft. A huge plus for the two of us. Pillows were comfortable as well. She had all the tools one would need in the kitchen, we only used plates and the Keurig. It is close to food and coffee shops, not walkable but driving is easy. The beach is walkable with its own access which is nice with the shower outside to rinse feet was great. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. So close to the beach and had the ability to walk to great restaurants. The place was clean and quiet. Highly recommend! When we go back to Jacksonville beach, will be back! Thank you!

Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything there's no real need for it that's if you want to or not I enjoyed myself immensely the manager of the place was super great super helpful and concerned about your well-being loved her and loved the place I plan on going back again next year

Cute and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seahorse Retreat. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We always look for places that will allow our furry girls to travel with us and the retreat was perfect for them too. The treats, bags and bowls were wonderful. On beach days having the use of the beach wagon made the short trip to the beach even easier. Definitely a place we’ll return to.

We had a lovely stay as my husband was able to get to the Mayo Hosp daily and we had a lovely beach day. Our little cockerpooEnjoyed the yard n beach area too! Only thing I couldn’t find my dark green prescription eyeglasses in the room. We looked everywhere maybe they somehow got caught in the bedding Can the cleaning people check for me. It’s was amazing definitely would go here again. Really close to the beach and near other places in the area like restaurants and things to do. We went skydiving, to sea world, and spent hrs relaxing on the beach.

Quick solo trip before work!

Had the most amazing stay at this property! I wanted a few days to relax on the beach before my work trip began and this was PERFECT! The location couldn’t have been better a block from the beach and less than 10 minute walk to the grocery store. Communication was great and easy check in/check out process. Perfect for a quick get away!
