We loved this house!! It was perfect. Super spacious and open, pool area was perfect, and just loved the game room. Comfy beds and furniture, everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen- even paper towels, foil, baggies, etc. Lot's of beach gear. Only 3 blocks from the beach and this part of the beach is so much less crowded than further north by the pier in boardwalk. We had a great time here!!

Communication was great. We were able to book same day for a week reservation. House was very comfortable and the grandkids loved the heated pool. House was very clean, kitchen was well-stocked and paper items were provided for the week. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend this home and would definitely rent again. My only suggestion to the team is to heat the pool to 90 or 92. We never got a chance to use the pool as it was still too cold for us to get in at their temperature rate. I’m a little spoiled as we have a pool at our house, but I will only rent a home that heats pools up to 90 when the weather is cold moving forward for sure. Wonderful stay for sure!

The property has been well maintained. The floorplan was very comfortable for our party size of 4 adults and 4 kids. They had everything well thought out. We did not need to bring a thing. The property was very clean especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. The garage was very comfortable and user friendly for the kids. Lastly, the location was perfect.

Visiting our Sailor

We came to visit our Sailor and our other son that lives here. We wanted a place where we could have meals together but not eat out. We also wanted to be able hang out together as a family. This house was the perfect place to enjoy each other’s company! We spent lots of time in the pool, played board games, and walked to the beach. It was a great time!

Spring Break 2025

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a definite hit with the kids and they were in it night and day even with the cooler temperatures. The outside TV and sitting areas was also an added bonus. The house was in walking distance of the beach and less than 5mins to the Pier. The hot water did get lukewarm after multiple showers so just be sure to space them out a bit. Overall the house was great and we would definitely come back.

This house has everything

We stayed in this house for a week in April. We had 7 in our group - including 3 tween boys and everyone fit comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked - and the pool was perfect. It was heated, so even on the cooler days, we were able to swim. Everything was neat and clean. The air conditioning wasn't cooling one night and we called about the property managers at 8:00 AM. They were so nice and immediately sent someone to fix it. What else? The unit is about 4 blocks to the beach. You do have to cross a very busy street, but it isn't far once you do. We would usually drive to Guana beach (the middle parking lot) instead of the one by the house because it had a lot of sharks' teeth, and my son and I love to hunt for them. Our family would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely week in Jacksonville Beach!!

The home was well appointed & nicely decorated, comfy with a fantastic large gathering space for our group's reunion and birthday! Plenty of dish & glassware, towels, toiletries & beach chairs etc. Very clean and well maintained with a lovely patio and pool area. We highly recommend the Coral Reef property.

Ideal Stay

The house was described perfectly. My messages ahead of the stay came with extremely fast responses. The property had a wonderful kitchen and all the grilling necessities. We chose to use the green egg and it did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and the linens were laid of perfectly for us in each room. The house was very clean and the check-in and check out instructions were perfectly laid out. We were here for a golf weekend and we were perfectly central to Jax Beach and Ponte Vedra. There was no shortage of food spots and bars and you are right down the block from Whole Foods. I would recommend this house to anyone looking at this location and wanting to enjoy the house's endless amenities.

Really nice house, well appointed across the board. Property manager was very responsive. Pool was perfect and the house is walking distance or 3 min drive to the Beach. Quiet neighborhood. 50 min. drive to St Augustine and 5 to 10 mins North or South to great dining. Perfect getaway!

Amazing beach rental

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and the pool was awesome. The one thing I’d say was a small issue was the hot water heater. After giving two children a bath the water was cold. It heated up fast but something you definitely have to plan around. Would stay here again.

Great Get Away

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 3 year old toddlers). The pool and backyard space was so enjoyable, large tvs in every room, and a great game room during the rainy parts of the day. The house is about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, but with a busy road to cross we chose to take the 3 minute drive and park right outside the beach entry. It was a great stay, would recommend to families!

Great Experience!

We really loved this house and the stay we had. A lot to do in Jacksonville Beach and the location of this property is perfect for quick trips. The house was a lot of fun with the pool and clean rooms. Will be back!
