This spacious, beautifully maintained house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it the perfect escape for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and reconnect.

Inside, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

Primary Suite: Stretch out in the luxurious King bed, perfect for recharging after a day of sun and fun.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Each features a plush Queen bed, cozy linens, and peaceful vibes to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything from stainless steel appliances to pots, pans, utensils, and even a coffee maker — ideal for morning brews or family dinners in. Whether you're whipping up pancakes or grilling poolside, you’ll have all you need.

Need to stay a little longer or just like to pack light? Enjoy the in-house washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh clothes or beach towels during your stay.

Good to Know:
The home has trash service that brings cans to the road on garbage day, and returns them back after trash runs.

POOL
Our pool is outdoors and surrounded by Florida landscaping, so leaves may fall between cleanings. The pool is professionally serviced and safe to enjoy. A skimmer net is provided if you’d like to clear floating leaves before swimming.

Outdoor fireplace is not for guest use. Unauthorized use may result in additional fees $750 or termination of stay.

Hot Tub Rules & Use Policy

The hot tub is provided for guest enjoyment. By using it, guests agree to the following rules:
1. Shower before use to remove oils, lotions, sunscreen, sand, and dirt.
2. No food, drinks, glass, soap, bubble bath, bath salts, or additives of any kind in the hot tub.
3. Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. Always replace the cover securely after use.
4. Maximum occupancy: Do not exceed the posted capacity.
5. Children must be supervised at all times.
6. No pets in the hot tub.
7. Do not alter temperature settings or controls.
8. Quiet hours apply while using the hot tub.
9. Guests are responsible for proper use. Misuse may result in loss of hot tub privileges.

Cleaning & Damage Fees
• The hot tub is professionally cleaned and balanced between guests.
• If the hot tub is left excessively dirty or misused, including but not limited to:
• Excessive dirt, sand, mud, debris
• Food, drink, or trash
• Oils, lotions, soap, or additives requiring draining/refilling
an additional cleaning fee of $350 may be charged.

Documentation
All additional charges will be documented with photos and/or invoices and submitted through Airbnb’s and VRBO’s Resolution Center in accordance with Fairly’s policy.

Absolutely no house parties and unapproved guest may stay. Misuse of the home or amenities that causes excessive cleaning or damage — including but not limited to smoking residue, spills/stains, bodily fluids, trash left throughout the home, or misuse of plumbing or appliances — will result in a $500+ cleaning/damage fee plus actual repair.

AC Thermostat
To help prevent the HVAC system from freezing and causing damage in Florida’s climate, guests may not lower the thermostat below 72°F. Evidence of the thermostat being set below 70°F or misuse resulting in HVAC service calls, freeze-ups, or damage may result in additional charges or penalties for repairs and associated costs.

Guests agree to these terms by booking and staying at the property.
