Ubicación perfecta, recientemente actualizado 2 dormitorios / 2 baños Lagoon Villa

Bellamente actualizada villa de una planta en el complejo Lagoon Villas en el extremo sur de la isla de Amelia. Este condominio cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con mucha luz natural y se ha actualizado recientemente en todas partes, incluida la cocina y los dos baños.

Como verá en las imágenes, la cocina cuenta con todas las actualizaciones nuevas, incluidos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de alta gama. Host company was great… Amenities… need some easy to fix updating in tableware ( only a few mismatched old mugs, plastic glasses very tired, flatware was like diner quality… too much random artwork just nailed here and there, and a cohesive style lacking, even in the area rugs… clean, clean, clean, which is fabulous, but i didn’t get a warm feeling to cozy up and enjoy the BEST location and outdoor vista…Easy fixes and it will be perfect!

Charmed by the Lagoon

We loved our stay at the Lagoon Villas. The accommodations were quiet and comfortable and the King bed was firm enough that we didn’t get back aches. We especially loved the expansive windows looking out to the beautiful lagoon and watching the many varieties of birds and turtles. The Villa felt very private and was an easy walk to the beach. Staying inside The Plantation was delightful, a true garden paradise!

The location of the villa is beautiful. The villa was comfortable, well appointment with a well equipped kitchen. The backyard and surrounding areas are heavenly. However, the wifi was slow, thus difficult to use devices despite the efforts by the staff of Destination Amelia to improve connectivity . Additionally, the pillows were pretty hard and beds not the most comfortable. TVs in the bedrooms are small and the one in the living is kind of slow, not sure if it was wifi that made it so. Destination Amelia's staff was wonderful and extremely responsive, which was much appreciated.

Lovely place, great location

My husband and I stayed here with my parents for Thanksgiving. It was convenient to get to downtown Fernandina beach and to the restaurants on the Omni property. The walk to the beach is short (though hilly!), and everything was accessible for my folks. Great spot!

Moss in the oaks

My wife and I were in Fernandina for a wedding with friends and everyone was pleased with the comfort and convenience of the accommodations. Had a very memorable time with family in a very relaxed atmosphere that was a big part of our stay this time. We had other family members staying on the property , so it was like a home away from home.

Lovely Villa Close to Beach

Great Secluded Getaway Surrounded by Well Aged Florida Fauna and a Lagoon

A beautiful stay in a clean, recently renovated condo that was so comfortable. Once we found the villa (do not use GPS, use emailed directions) we loved our stay. It’s a quiet gated neighborhood and the condo backs up to a picturesque lagoon surrounded by live oaks dripping with Spanish moss and other native vegetation, such an old world Florida feel. We were within walking distance of the Omni Resort for ease of dining and some shopping and only a few minutes drive to the ocean, historic town and wonderful state parks. Highly recommend for small family or close friends that want a quiet Florida getaway .

We enjoyed everything in this place and in the city ! The house was clean and in nice location it’s just a little far from downtown! Also the only problem in the house was the hot water doesn’t last more than 5 mins ! So if you are a long shower taker ! This place is not for you 😆 Other than that this place is amazing

Great property

Our family stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Its a great property with a nice view of the pond out the back window. Perfect for kids as it’s a couple minute walk to the park. The living room is wide open so you don’t feel cramped even with a couple of kids and dogs crowding the space. The only constructive criticism would be the front door needs a deadbolt of some kind as our 2 year old was able to open the door so we would have to put a chair in front to keep that from happening. Otherwise it’s fantastic and we highly recommend it regardless.

Beautiful Property

We have stayed in this area many times and it never disappoints, wonderful shops, restaurants to peruse and enjoy and of course the wide open beach! The property was exactly as depicted. I loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the lagoon. The neighbors were very nice and the quietness of the property was noted. The beach and shops are a short walk away. The walkways are well maintained asphalt and wind beautifully through the trees. I really liked the security of the property as well. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, spacious and well lit. The property management team were extremely helpful, every communication was professional and felt personal! One very minor note, the coffee maker is for ground coffee not k-cups, I’m sure it is mentioned in the amenities section - I just missed it. We hope to return soon, I highly recommend!

Great stay in Amelia Island!

The condo was nice, clean, and close to everything. Our dogs loved all the walks throughout the Plantation, especially the path heading to the beach for a swim. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Amelia Island is the perfect getaway and this condo is a winner!

We enjoyed our stay and found the villa in excellent condition, except for shower rod in master bath. You may want to replace it. Very easy access upon arrival and exiting the villa. The “goodie” bag was a nice treat.😁
