Wabi-Sabi Inspired Studio w Bikes, Walk to River

Tucked away behind a historic building, is a wabi sabi inspired studio: a blend of natural charm & modernity. A minimalist interior features a warm wooden beam, glass dividing wall, and earthy tones. Modern comforts coexist with aged ceramics and jute rugs. Large windows invite natural light and provide a view of the backyard garden. The space embodies tranquility, celebrating simplicity & imperfection. This harmonious retreat offers a peaceful escape, where past & present beautifully converge.

This backyard facing suite has it’s own private patio. The interior is inspired by a blend of Wabi-Sabi and industrial design. It has a large, fully stocked, galley kitchen flanked by wall to wall windows which provide large amounts of bright light and outdoor garden to guests sitting at high top cafe style tables. Relax here while working, eating, or simply enjoying morning coffee or afternoon wine. Or dim the suite lights in the evening to create a soothing quiet space to wind down from the day.

Each guest may feel free to relax in the backyard or on your private porch. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit, fire wood is not provided. Bikes are also available upon request at no charge. There is outdoor laundry or indoor laundry in the main house, which is located near the front door if needed.

Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art and live music, plus food trucks. Trendy eateries and gastropubs mix with cool bars and specialty coffee shops, while vintage boutiques cluster in the eclectic Five Points district. On the waterfront, Memorial Park has tree-lined paths.

This unit is located in a 21+ property and is not suitable for children.

We are pleased to offer complementary bike rentals on a first come, first served basis. The bikes are located on the property and can be accessed by lock-code, given upon request.
