“Hotel nuevo; en muy buenas condiciones. El personal también nuevo y en proceso de capacitación y con oportunidad de mejora. El paisajismo del hotel en crecimiento, por lo que falta privacidad. En nuestro caso rentamos una suite frente Mar, pero detrás teníamos una habitación muy ruidosa y todo el ruido se escuchaba. ”

The beach club pool and bar were a great bonus. Rob was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to issues and questions. We would definitely come back.”

“The room was clean, quiet and offered a great view of Jaco beach from the deck. Roof top terrace offered great sunset views. Pool was clean and offered great swimming and lounging. We didn’t use the TV as channels were all Spanish and I’m not tech savvy so Firestick was confusing. There was a coffee maker but no coffee so we bought some coffee pods to use.
