“What a beautiful property! Right across from the black sandy beach. Amazing view and sunset. Our host Jeff, had the fridge full of food and drinks upon our arrival. Jeff helped us plan our activities and transportation to the airport. Our family/ friend had such a relaxing stay. The only thing I would recommend is that the property provided shampoo and conditioner, one less thing I would have to pack.”

“La casa es tal cual se describe, minimalista pero con todo lo que se necesita. Una vista increible al mar y al rio. Algunos inconvenientes que logramos resolver con la encargada. Lugar seguro y super tranquilo, donde se pueden observar tucanes, pizotes, iguanas y escuchar congos. La subida y bajada (pronunciada) a la entrada de la casa hay que tener en cuenta sobretodo epoca lluviosa. Sin duda alguna volveríamos.”

“We had a great stay at Villa Cocosol. The house was in a great location close to Emanuel Antonio, zip lining, monkey mangroves and hiking/waterfalls. The house, grounds, pool and beach were great. There were red macaws in the trees outside the house. The caretakers were very helpful that lived on the property. They addressed any needs we had. The owner was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!”

“The house was huge and the property was right on the beach! Mauricio was very helpful for anything we needed. There was also dogs and a cat on the property (outside) which we loved too. The property was well secured and the house also has an alarm system but didn’t have to worry about it at all. Overall was an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back!”

“The property was very clean and the home layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults. AC in every room made it super comfortable. The plunge pool in the backyard was nice, but we didn't use it much since the larger community pool was just steps away -- we used that a ton since it had lots of space and wasn't too crowded. From the house to the gates was about a 5 minute walk, and then an additional 12-15 minute walk to the center of Jaco -- but Uber's were also super easy to get. I'd recommend...

“Es un condominio amplio, lujoso bien amueblado y equipado, con una vista espectacular desde el balcón y la piscina privada. La localización perfecta muy cerca de San José, con una pequeña caminata ( que incluye una cuesta pronunciada) se llega a la hermosa playa blanca. El único inconveniente es que el alquiler no incluye el acceso a las instalaciones del club punta leona y eso hace que la experiencia no sea tan agradable porque no se puede accesar a los restaurantes, baños en la playa, carritos...
