“Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! “Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. That being said, it was a very wonderful stay ”

“Everything advertised was there and the location was very convenient for the trip. We combined our trip on our Anniversary to watch a college volleyball match. We we very close to the college, food and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and our host was top notch with communications. We highly recommend ERIE-sistable. ”

“The home was clean and had everything we needed. Large yard was nice. Pen provided so she could run around off leash. Host was quick to respond to all questions. Enjoyed visiting nearby towns. The Comedy Center and Lucy Desi Museum were fun.”

There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously.”
