This listing is very inaccurate. This is NOT a four bedroom property. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement which in order to access, you must walk down a steep set of stairs and walk through a dark, dingy and dirty garage. The fourth bedroom also has an electric outlet that is being held to the wall by duct tape. If you accidentally bump this outlet, the entire basement/garage loses power. The garage also had mechanical parts from the garage door hanging from the ceiling that guests walked into while dealing with the power outage. The game room had two game consoles that did not work. The garage and basement are also able to accessed by whoever lives upstairs so we did not feel safe having anyone sleep in that bedroom. This listing does NOT state that this is a dual occupancy property. The residents upstairs were incredibly loud the entire night and no one in our party slept. Had the description of this listing been accurate, we would not have chosen to stay here. We had a two night stay booked for our party of 9 and had to scramble to find a hotel nearby for the second night because we did not want to be crammed into the bedrooms on the main floor under noisy neighbors.
