“The property itself, and all the amenities were wonderful, and the communication with the property manager and the owner of the property were also so helpful. The location is so convenient to the beach and elevator service makes it very much easier for those with any physical disabilities. The studio was pristinely clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful ! We will definitely be back again !!”

“First, the interior of the until was outstanding. Only thing that could have been done in the renovation was to build a closet. The host was very good. She communicated well. We had an issue with a ironing board but that was fixed quickly. The location is very good from the standpoint it is a very close walk to the Boardwalk and Tennessee Ave has some nice businesses. However, the block we were on was a little run down and dirty. Also some people around that didn't help. I know this is regular...

“I am going to start with the positive first. The house was located very close to the beach which was nice. There was a parking spot available. I did not hear much noise from the above rental And now for the negative. I have rented probably 50 homes in the past and this one had the least amount of amenities available. There was supposed to be coffee and sugar, which was not there. There was one garbage can in the entire house for six people, not even one in the bathroom. Very little lighting...

“The place was clean spacious and truly convenient. I would definitely stay here again. As another review stated the bar next-door does play music on Friday nights, but it stops at 11pm. With that said also super convenient to just grab dinner there and refreshments. Responsible like-minded renters in the vicinity of the neighborhood”
