Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti. Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza. Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo. “The hotel is in excellent condition. Staff is great, though they will do their best to steer you to their related services. Breakfast is just ok, not too many selections. Easy to walk to the bus entrance for HuangShan mountain scenic area, with many restaurants nearby. Food is nearly the same in all restaurants, though. Shopping is quite limited, if you find that you need anything. ”

“It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.”

“位置在新城区 江边，楼下有个商场，餐饮很多，还有家早餐厅吃的种类丰富，特别推荐咸豆浆，北方没有的一定要尝试一下 酒店服务很好，地下停车场走的时候记得在前台报车号 旅行目的地: 1、江两岸看夜景 主要就是灯光秀，没有各软件上的无人机表演 2、动物园 3，西溪湿地 博物馆很好又凉快又长知识 4.西湖国宾馆 紫薇厅吃的西湖醋鱼 遥看雷峰塔 当然也进去登塔了 必须到此一游”
