“We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a problem with our room so the lovely person on reception gave us an upgrade to a fantastic room. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Pool area on the lake was so relaxing. Hotel aesthetic was great, it felt like a lot of care goes into the look and function of everything. Would definitely reccomend.”

“ All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. ”

“The checkin process was really friendly and fast. Our room was clean and charming. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious - it's a popular spot!! We then had a few drinks in the bar and loved that it was a real country pub and everyone was up for a chat and a laugh. We're booking to come back with friends - we loved it.”

“The check in was amazing and hotel staff are lovely. Room was very clean, we stayed for a week. Would have liked the room to be cleaned once during our stay which didn't happen, room was small and the carpet become dirty. The view was amazing from outside our room. The stairs to get to our room were problematic as they were aged, and felt unsafe. Loved the location, very close to local shops where you coukd drive or walk, and the local park. Most days we had swans and ducks visting which was...

“Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room, public space and toiletts were always clean. Ate in the pub for two nights and that was a great experience. Parmi and cheeseburger. The cheeseburger in particular was amazing. Tasted great and wasn't sloppy. Overall, this one's a winner value for money. ”
