House was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Great view of the river behind the house. Property was centrally located to airport, shopping, restaurants etc. Host was extremely responsive. We will return! Thank you

If you want a true low country experience with easy access to Charleston, Folly Beach and Kiawah Island this is the place to stay. Access to the dock and pool make this place icing on the cake. I would highly recommend staying here. We would go again!

The guesthouse, pool and dock were perfect for what we were looking for in this trip and the price made it possible for us to come out and enjoy! Great hosts! Would definitely recommend for a couple or a couple with a young child or two.

Very peaceful location with a great view. Unit was well decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable! Cherie was very responsive and she and her husband were pleasant and kind.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The photos are great but the beauty of this property is ten times better in person. The host was a great communicator and super friendly. We would not hesitate to go again and enjoy Johns Island.

Lovely spot on Johns Island. So relaxing. Bed is very comfortable and the shower is nice. Cherie is a great host.

As others have mentioned in reviews that we saw, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has a beautiful view! All kitchen supplies were there to use and the bed was super comfortable! We were here to tour Charleston. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful home after a long day in the city.

My husband and I took a quick trip for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and this was a great place to stay. We were close to everything, but also enjoyed the quiet peace of the dock.

This was the perfect little getaway for two newly weds. The hosts were super friendly, and helpful throughout the stay! The warm welcomes, fishing tips, and assistance with kayaks made this an extra enjoyable vacation. My wife and I will be bookmarking this listing for our next trip to Charleston!

Thomas and enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to get to things. We felt safe and enjoyed the view of the bay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A perfect weekend escape! We came for a wedding in area so location was perfect. In our down time, we enjoyed our space! The views and the dock are amazing features. We will be back just to stay here!

The views were great. Much better than the pictures. Location was outstanding!! So many restaurants to pick from within 1-3 miles. I will be back when coming to SC.

Fabulous hosts and property!

We spent two nights in the area, beaches, sight seeing and seafood. This beautiful property is close to everything, yet tucked away from the traffic and crowds. It is breathtaking and peaceful, beautiful and comfortable at a price point that’s affordable!

Beautiful property Nice pool and dockEnough room for me and two kids Owner was nice, just kind of awkward being so close to them. Hard to manage with a small kiddo with the layout of the home. I felt like I was up and down stairs 30 times. Driveway was hard to maneuver until we got the hang of it.

Beautiful property with outdoor spaceson 2 levels overlooking the river. Lots of shorebirds on the water and the flowers are around the yard added extra majesty. Kitchenhas Kurig and sufficient pans and utensils. There is no toaster or regular coffee maker which should not be an issue for most short term rentals. The salt water pool wasalso beautiful and the crown of the property. Host lives adjacent and was extremely helpful and friendly.
