“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. “The hotel was beautiful! They needed more staff. When I checked in there was a long wait to get checked in. They had two desk to check guest in. When we called for room service no one answered the phone. I waited 20 mins then tried again still no answer. Finally I got connected to the front desk. The hotel is beautiful. However they definitely need more staffing to accommodate the size of the facility. ”
