New Spot

I just stayed here for the first time, for a little girls trip to Fredericksburg/Johnson City area with a friend. The cottage was so convenient to Johnson City, and budget friendly as well. We will definitely be returning!

Better than a hotel room. The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. It was perfectly located for our visits to wineries in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location

Great location and cute place. Really needed a place in the bathroom to place items when getting dressed so they would not get wet. Also it would have been nice to have more than one hand towel and two wash rags for a three night stay for two people.

Girl Trip

This was the best ever. The location is fantastic. The house is perfect for up to 3 people it is just absolutely perfect. My sister left behind her blood pressure machine and kindle and the property manager is supposed to be getting back with her within a week. We would stay again and again. PERFECT.

Girls Trip

The carpets had sticker burs on them and the coffee pot had not been cleaned. The bathroom stayed very warm and I prefer to not have have AC window units. The setup for relaxing and watching movies was conducive and therefore not as relaxing as we hoped. With two people in the full size bed it was very difficult for that second person to crawl out of the bed. The interior door knob came off the first time we touched it but we managed to repair it so that we could lock the unit up that night before bed. The amenities and thought put into the place is lacking but it meets the essential needs.

Cozy cottage

My sister and I visit the hill country about once every two or three months. We are one club members and come to pick up shipments. We happened upon Kara’s cottage a couple of times ago and found it very comfortable and just what we needed.

A great stay

I think what impressed me most was how comfortable I felt in the living/sleeping area of this space during my three night stay. The kitchen and bathroom areas were also very good, and the location in Johnson City was just right. I definitely hope to return.
