Perfect house for our group of 6! Loved walking into Johnson City, lots to do. Close proximity to wineries and distilleries. The outdoor patio area is awesome. Loved our stay, highly recommended.

Property was clean and accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children, just as advertised. Short walk to for food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again. The host was very attentive and the house was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Great Place in Johnson City, Texas

Friends trip and we had a great time at this house. Roomy, clean and very quiet area. The bedrooms were spread out, so perfect floorplan. The dining table was our place to gather and talk and play games. We would definitely visit again.

perfect weekend in the perfect location

We last minute needed a place to stay for a wedding and when I reached out to Elizabeth she was not only able to accommodate every need I had before even getting there, but she was immediately responsive and KIND. She was SO communicative throughout our entire stay and reached out in the middle to make sure that if we needed for anything at all that we let her know. The house is beautiful and the decor alone sets the vibe. The atrium style patio with a cold plunge, grill, fire pit, and TV made for the perfect hangout outside of the wedding events. Truly a 10/10 stay, King beds in every room? Yes please. And let’s not forget walking distance to everything in town. We walked everywhere we could and loved it. Also this may be important to some like me but the AC in the house was top notch. Ice cold the entire time we were there, thank you Elizabeth for your hospitality, accommodations, and overall just everything. We all agreed we would come stay again.

Wonderful GetAWay

Enjoyed this home so much - very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (even offered coffee beans and grinder!), very clean and oh my! that fabulous patio. Would definitely go back. The management was always available and very easy check in/check out. We enjoyed hiking in Pedernales State Park and checking out Johnson City.

Wonderful Property

We stayed here for a weekend to visit our family who was staying at the Rivers edge RV Park. Its close proximity was nice to celebrate a birthday. This home is well kept and comfortable, and the courtyard is an added treat.

Beautiful and family friendly!

Perfect spot to stay while visiting family in town. Kids loved the outdoor TV area, and accommodations were comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were able to walk to the Science Mill and great restaurants. Everything we needed!

Girls weekend

Great property for 4 of us with room to hang out. Easy walk to the Johnson City square for shopping and food. Elizabeth was able to let us check in early to drop off stuff before we hit the wineries in Hye. Looking forward to coming back with our guys. 😎

This gem of a VRBO is an incredible find! It lives exactly as it is shown in the pictures…beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and centrally located in Johnson City, a perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of Fredericksburg. The owner’s email and communication through VRBO are timely and inclusive of all information you need to plan a terrific get-away while staying at this location! Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and resale, lavender shops, The Science Mill, LBJ everything, and 63 wineries are located within 2 to 30 minutes of this beautiful VRBO. Book it now!

Texas Wedding Weekend

Our family rented this cute house for a wedding weekend in Texas in April 2024. The house was clean, beautiful and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It is right in the heart of Johnson City and walking distance to coffee shops and food. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for the eclipse

We stayed for 5 nights for the eclipse in April and the house was perfect for us. Easy check-in, close to downtown (walking distance) and plenty of parking. The whole house was so clean and the furnishings were lovely, plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had great china and all the equipment we needed to cook meals, which were wonderful outdoor in the courtyard. We loved our stay -- thank you!
