The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. Its close to some excellent hiking and the views are fantastic.After purchasing our sray and prior to check in we were warned about noisy go karts and pack horses. We were told the go karts stop at 10. We stayed after labor day and it was relatively quiet, but even when the go karys were running, it was not si noisy.The pack horses were not a problem, but horses do invite flies. We did not have windows or doors open, but just going in and out let in alot of flies. They were pretty annoying!It would be nice to know these thongs before committing to a property so that people with allergies or fear of large animals could make an unformed decision before committing. Just my thougts as we personally had an enjoyable experience and the house/ parking are really very nice!!
