“We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The home feels like you're being welcomed into a family home with lots of beautiful memories. You can feel the peace in it. I loved the location far away enough to feel secluded but close enough to the little town to explore. The hosts are really kind. This will be our new go to spot! There's air conditioning in every room, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. It's perfect!”

“The duplex apartment felt private and quiet, partly because of the two garages between the units. When the other occupants used the firepit, it felt a little less private, since they were right outside our bedroom window. However, we were not disturbed by them. Overall, the Desert Duo B was pleasant and clean. We would stay there again if we had more than two people in our party.”

“Perfect sized for my husband and I. Loved the hammocks outside for reading and star gazing!! That was perfect. And my husband loved the Ms. Pac-Man machine. I think that was his favorite feature.”

“Accommodations as advertised. Clean, cute and comfortable.”

“Misrepresented, sheets were dirty, towels were left in the dryer wet. Dishes were dirty and the hot water went out in the middle of our stay. I felt like I was being a burden to the host trying to get my concerns addressed. Ultimately not a good value for the money I paid.”

“The neighborhood location, near Joshua Tree Park is great. The size was perfect for two. Very quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was awkward and not designed well. The prep for guests was a half hearted attempt. The back yard area where the hot tub and hammocks are was not landscaped, weeds were along the inside of the fence and there is only sand/gravel from the edge of the patio all the way around the side to the hot tub. Dead bulbs along the party light strand. No ambiance at all in the outside...

“Great stay”

“We had a wonderful stay-- ”

“The place was exactly what I hoped it would be - quiet, simple, on its own, but not totally out in the middle of nowhere. I'd stay again, thanks!”

“Beautiful, clean, and comfy. ”

“The location is fantastic and the place has been done up tastefully and has all the amenities. It was wonderful to walk into an air-conditioned house on a scorching afternoon. Thank you for a delightful stay! We’d love to revisit in the future.”

“This was very clean property and the host, was excellent, and a great communicator and excellent source of information! I would not hesitate to stay here again! It is very well situated to the Joshua Tree NP, just minutes away! The only reason I gave 4 stars in value for for money is that there was no washer or dryer. Had there been, it would have been a 5 stars rating! A great stay! Thank you!”

“Great place to stay when visiting Joshua Tree- Wish we had more nights to spend there!”

“The property was wonderful. Just what we were looking for, clean, private and away from it all.”

“.”

“Wish we could have stayed longer! Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub and spending more time outside just taking it all in. Recliners in the front room would have made it even better. Nothing beats getting your feet up after a day of hiking!”

“Wow! Amazing customer service, amazing location, amazing house!! Couldn’t say better things. I would recommend to all my friends.”

“The unit overall was lacking in cleanliness. The hot tub was not clean due to it not having a hard top cover. The sink and ac unit wreaked making the entire unit smelly the whole time we were there. The cushions for the outdoor seating were ripped. There was weeds everywhere. Internet was not connected the TV. All troubleshooting did not work. I really wish I hadnt wasted my money here and truly hope all these things are addressed before anyone else stays here. We basically had no access to the...

“We loved our stay here. A excellent spot for Joshua Tree and fun girls trip! ”
