Welcome to Desert Willow — a private 1.4-acre desert retreat in Joshua Tree where wellness and play live side by side. Rally on your own pickleball court, swim under the open sky, melt into the cedar sauna and cold plunge, then end the night with a movie under the stars from the pool's baja shelf. Wrapped in warm desert design with sweeping mountain views and no close neighbors, this is the place where mornings stretch long, phones get forgotten, and the only thing on the agenda is the sunset.

The Space
A thoughtfully curated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that blends modern boutique-hotel design with natural textures and soothing desert tones. From the in-ground pool to the cedar sauna, every detail is intentional — a calm but vibrant retreat for friends, families, or anyone craving a true reset. The home sleeps up to 8 across three bedrooms and a living-room sofa bed.

A Backyard Built for Wellness & Play
The backyard is the heart of Desert Willow. Start your morning with grounding movement on the yoga deck framed by a hand-painted mural, then wake your body up with the cold plunge or outdoor cold shower. Melt into the cedar sauna or 6-person hot tub. Float in the in-ground pool with its baja shelf.

When you're ready for connection, rally on the private pickleball court (day or night play), share a meal at the outdoor pool table / dining table combo, or gather around the propane fire pit as the sun sets. After dark, settle in for a movie on the outdoor theater under a blanket of Joshua Tree's famously starry skies — or lie back in the stargazing net and watch the real show overhead.

Living Area
The living room is a calm communal space with a large smart TV, board games, Sonos surround sound, and plush furnishings. A glass garage door floods the room with natural light, with blackout blinds for restful sleep when the queen pull-out sofa bed is in use.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, including spices, olive oil, and other essentials. For slow mornings, you'll find a De'Longhi espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and French press, along with locally roasted Joshua Tree Coffee Company beans, creamers, sugars, and a selection of teas. Dine indoors at the kitchen table or al fresco at the outdoor pool/dining table combo.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each bedroom is designed as a restful retreat, with fresh robes in every closet. The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-like ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private desk for working from home. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers stocked with spa-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Wellness & Movement
A dedicated indoor wellness space invites you to reconnect with your body. The Tonal Home Gym offers guided full-body workouts — strength, HIIT, cardio, yoga, mobility, and recovery — with an in-screen personal trainer. The HigherDose PEMF mat promotes deep relaxation and recovery. Yoga mats and a massage gun round out the space.

The Location
Desert Willow sits in North Joshua Tree's Sunfair Heights neighborhood — about 8 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree's shops and restaurants, and 18 minutes from the West Park entrance. Every home here is on acreage, so you get wide-open space and privacy, and we're just off paved roads, so any car will do (no 4-wheel-drive required).
