Bedroom 1 (King Suite): King bed, mini-split A/C, blackout curtains, vanity, and full-length mirror. Sleep as long as you want — the desert will wait.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Room): Queen bed, mini-split A/C, natural light, and accent seating. Bright, airy, and welcoming.

Bedroom 3 (Twin/Workspace): Twin bed, standing desk, ergonomic chair, and ceiling fan. Perfect for the remote worker or the guest who needs their own space.

Bathrooms (x2): Spa-level marble tile, LED vanity mirrors, organic toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and a bidet.

Kitchen: Gas stove, double stainless steel oven, full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, baking sheets, and every cooking essential you need.

Living Room and Dining: Plush seating, 55-inch Smart TV, open-concept layout flowing into the dining area that seats 6.

Cell service can be spotty in this area, which is part of the magic. Download offline maps before you arrive and come prepared to unplug and unwind.

ARRIVAL AND ACCESS

Check-in is effortless. You'll receive your keypad entry code 48 hours before arrival — no coordination needed, just show up and relax. Free driveway parking fits 2-3 cars with additional street parking available. Note: the left side of the driveway has a slightly raised section — if your vehicle sits low, park on the right side or out front.

PET POLICY

One dog welcome (under 50 lbs) for a $75 pet fee. The backyard is fully fenced. We ask that pups stay off furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them in the yard. Watch for cactus near the fence line.

YOUR HOSTS

We are hands-off hosts who respect your privacy — the home is entirely yours, no shared spaces. We are always just a message away and typically respond within an hour. You will receive a digital guidebook with everything you need before arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW

Septic system — please flush toilet paper only, no wipes, tissues, or feminine products. Hot tub — please rinse off before entering, and note that a $120 draining fee applies if excess dirt or sand requires a full drain. Security — Ring doorbell camera at the exterior front entrance only, zero cameras inside the home. Please close the front gate at checkout.
