With 20 beds and 7 baths, this one-of-a-kind destination is ideal for yoga/meditation retreats, artists, reunions, gatherings, or a home base for exploring the hi-desert with friends. There’s no right or wrong way to experience all it has to offer.

Restore your roots with all the creative energy flowing through this desert hideaway. Everything has been thought of to give you the most restorative experience imaginable. Retreat to the patio to soak in the hot tub, BBQ with the family, or play horseshoes at sunset. Enjoy making memories under the most epic sky while taking in the mesmerizing views of the Copper Mountains to the east, JT National Park to the south, and the snow-capped Big Bear Mountains to the west. You’ll feel secluded yet be right in the middle of everything that rules in the desert.

ARRANGEMENT:
The campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure acreage with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailers! Each site provides its guests ample privacy yet in close enough proximity to each other to enjoy those family and / or friend get togethers and make lasting memories in your own private campground. All of the RV’s are very well equipped, yet extremely hi-tech with three of them running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology... You would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

Guest Access:
There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.

Other Things to Note:
EXTRA GUESTS
You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. This is a strict rule with the county. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund. . We may ask you to send a list of names of everyone that will be joining on the reservation. There is an added $50/night per guest after the 16th guest to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival, if guest count exceeds 20 people, this requires additional arrangements per county ordinance. ALL day guests must leave by 10pm.

Unlike most RV / Camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations.

Please no smoking indoors. Outdoors, smok'em if you got'em.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees.

Additional firewood, fire starter sticks, and BBQ charcoal is available onsite for purchase if needed.

No parties or events. Possible exceptions if we're invited ;)

Available for photoshoots. Inquire for prices.

The hot tub will be left at 80 degrees. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking if you decide to use.

LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.

RV/TRAILER PARKING:
RV's and trailers are accepted on a case by case basis. You must get prior approval if you wish to bring an oversized vehicle. Please note we have a parking fee of $150 for each unit for up to 4 nights. And $25/night for every night after.

NO TV CHANNELS:
Please note that our TV's on RVs& Homes do not have TV channels. Only DVD player is connected.

VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.

AGREEMENT: Guests may also be required to sign a standard short-term rental agreement prior to arrival.

DEPOSIT: Please note that a $1000 security deposit is collected 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations. We’ll share the details via message.

GUEST COUNT: Only registered guests may enter. Day visitors require approval; depart by 10 pm. $50/night per guest after the 16th. Violations may cancel your stay without refund.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Agreement & Deposit: Signed rental agreement required. Security deposit of 1000 is collected 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout pending inspection.
2. Guests: No unauthorized guests/visitors. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Extra guest fee is 75/night after the 16th guest.
3. Check-in/Out: Check-in 4PM, Check-out 10AM. Early/late requests are subject to fees.
4. Pets: Dogs require prior approval and incur a 75 fee per dog.
5. Smoking: Prohibited inside. Outside smoking allowed 15ft from doors. Violation fine: 250.
6. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. Strict neighborhood noise policy.
7. Doors: Keep closed at all times to prevent desert pests (mice/coyotes).
8. Events/Media: No parties or professional photography without written approval.
9. Access: Maintenance staff allowed entry for necessary repairs/upkeep.
10. Decor: No glitter or confetti.
11. Children: No infants. Children 2+ count as guests. Home is not child-proof.
12. Cleaning: Please remove trash and wash dishes. Excessive mess incurs a 500 fee.
13. WiFi: Remote desert location may affect speed/stability. No illegal use.
14. Contact: Guest must be reachable 24/7 for code compliance. Must respond within 30 mins to avoid a 1000 county fine.
15. Reschedules: Requests <15 days out are treated as cancellations.
16. Cameras: Exterior recording active (driveway/corners). Tampering fee: 250.
17. Parking: Max 1 car per 2 guests. RVs require approval; fee is 150 (4 nights) plus 25/night extra.
18. Damages: Report breakage immediately. Unreported damage incurs 100 fee plus replacement costs.
19. Insurance: Traveler’s insurance is recommended.
