    The entire home — all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and the private yard with hot tub and views — is exclusively yours for the full duration of your stay. No shared spaces, no other guests.

    Parking: On-site driveway parking only — street parking is not permitted in this area.

    The home is located in the heart of Joshua Tree — just 8 minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and walkable to the town's beloved coffee shops, galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. The area is renowned for its dramatic desert landscape, world-class rock climbing, and some of the darkest, most star-filled skies in Southern California. Nearby highlights include Pioneertown, the legendary Pappy & Harriet's Pioneertown Palace, Cholla Cactus Garden, and Skull Rock. Whether you're hiking at sunrise, exploring local art, or simply unwinding under the stars, Joshua Tree is a destination unlike anywhere else.



    Getting Around:

    PARKING:

    On-site parking only — street parking is not permitted by San Bernardino County. Please keep all vehicles in designated driveway spaces to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.



    GETTING AROUND:

    The property is located in Joshua Tree, approximately 2.5 hours east of Los Angeles via the I-10. Palm Springs is about 45 minutes west. The west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park is 8 minutes away. The town of Joshua Tree (Natural Sisters Café, Crossroads Café, local galleries) is walkable or a very short drive. Note: rideshare is very limited in the desert — a rental car is strongly recommended for exploring the national park and surrounding area.



    Other Things to Note:

    HOUSE RULES:

    1. Guests must complete third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.

    2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.

    3. No pets without prior written approval.

    HOT TUB:

    We offer a hot tub with LED lighting. It is serviced and balanced prior to arrival and heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit for your convenience.



    FAMILY & PETS:

    We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.



    EXTRA GUESTS:

    Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.



    VENDORS:

    Please note that the spa is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. For bookings of 3 days or more, our technicians will provide a complementary mid-stay cleaning and balance. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.



    PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



    RESPECT:

    There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...



    CHERISH:

    Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies, and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.



    CLEANING:

    Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!



    PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

    If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!



    WILDLIFE:

    You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered tortoises and kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.



    NO SMOKING:

    No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.



    BACKYARD FENCING:

    While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Desert critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.



    EV CHARGER:

    There is not an EV charger at the home, but there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located in town. There is also a public EV charging station nearby at Joshua Tree Distillery, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.



    PARKING:

    Street parking is NOT permitted by the County. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We're a professional hosting team available 24/7 to make your stay exceptional. We communicate primarily through the platform and typically respond within minutes. We respect your privacy and give you full space to enjoy the property — we're here if you need us, and out of your way when you don't.

We needed a reservation last minute and were lucky to find this place. This property was a great base for exploring Joshua Tree NP and the surrounding area. The house is clean and comfortable; barbecue grill and laundry facilities were a definite plus. Did not use the hot tub, so can't comment on that. Minor downside for a large group would be limited seating in the living room area, but it was just the 2 of us, so it was fine. Accessing the house was easy via electronic door lock and the code provided. Reservation process was a bit cumbersome - had to upload my credentials/selfie in 2 separate places - but that may be an Expedia or Vrbo issue. Overall we loved o-1ur stay here and would book again/recommend to friends.

Lovely house very near the park

Tastefully remodeled house with a great kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub was amazing, and we even grilled a steak on the gas BBQ! What's not to love?

Perfect Spot

Four girlfriends stayed here for 3 days of hiking in Joshua National Park. The house was exactly as seen in the photos. Rooms were large, had all the amenities we needed, and was in the center of town. It was the perfect place for our needs, and we enjoyed it very much. We had a slight snafu gaining access to the house (potentially human error!) but I was able to get someone on the phone immediately and they sorted it all out quickly. It's a wonderful haven in this precious part of the country.

Perfect location with lots of space and amenities

The home is exactly as described in the listing and was very comfortable and convenient for our stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is a quick walk to the stores and restaurants in Joshua Tree and an easy drive to the National Park west entrance. Other than food, we didn’t have to buy anything since the home was well outfitted with all major appliances and kitchen basics (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee-making supplies, various types of cookware). The home decor and furnishings are modern and functional. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and timely. Only downside: the driveway gate opening is narrow so beware if you have a wider than normal vehicle.

Perfect location for a Joshua Tree weekend trip!

This property was located in a great location, located right off a major highway! We were driving distance to Joshua Tree Coffee Company, Joshua Tree National Park and a handful of fast food joints and grocery stores. Not to mention they were close to a Rivian Adventure charging network. The house itself was exactly like the photos, which is what you want! We were provided with plenty of different sized towels, sample sizes of bathroom toiletries, and a stocked kitchen with a Brita filter in the fridge, cutlery, utensils and silverware. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and warm. It's actually really nice that each room had it's own heat/ac unit because we got to decide for ourselves how warm we wanted the room to be.The drive to Joshua Tree National Park was also quick and painless, less than 30 minutes. Hoping to come back in the future to utilize the hot tub as it was too windy for us this time around. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice spot close to JTNP.
