  • Cuando llegues a Pine Hills, verás por qué es la zona favorita de Julian. Te esperan robles y pinos centenarios, junto con una abundante fauna silvestre. ¡Rara vez pasa un día sin que un ciervo o un pavo se acerquen a nuestra puerta trasera para saludarnos!     Tenemos un jacuzzi en el jardín trasero, ¡donde podrás disfrutar de las vistas mientras te relajas con las burbujas!

    La casa es grande (2400 sq') y cuenta con una terraza que rodea toda la vivienda, un columpio, un juego de herraduras y una hamaca.

    A solo unos minutos del famoso parque William Heise y del centro de Julian, este increíble refugio cuenta con un televisor de 75" en la sala multimedia y un segundo televisor en la sala con la enorme chimenea, donde podrás ponerte cómodo y ver tus programas favoritos.

    Hay muchas rutas de senderismo cerca, y esta zona es muy tranquila y privada. ¡Esperamos que nuestros huéspedes sean igual de tranquilos! No permitimos fiestas ni eventos que generen mucho ruido.

We loved staying at the Deer Bungalow. The bungalow was quite special, with a balcony all around, a good new jacuzzi, a dog run, and a lot of wild properly all around where our grandkids could roam and explore. John was a very responsive and kind host.

This is a beatiful place to stay, very clean, has everything you need to feel at home. Was nice to see the Deer and wild turkeys wondering around the property. Hot tub was clean and fully functional. Host communication is great. They were very accommodating and friendly. Also the welcome pie is a great touch. Definitely 5 start all the way around. My family and I willDefinitely return to stay again.

Exceptional. This place was perfect. Great location. All the amenities. Plenty of comfy beds. Hot tub was big and hot. We were visited by deer, turkeys, squirrels, bunnies and blue jays. Lovely lovely place. Will come again.

Had great time, very homely home felt welcomed, very clean plenary on supplies, quiet place, deer and turkeys came close to home, great host had one question and John answered immediately highly recommend this home

Gorgeous property and beautiful home! Very spacious and comfortable living areas. The backyard was beautiful and perfect for young children to explore and have fun. We loved our stay here!

It’s was clean, cozy, very roomy, it’s was like home away from home and more. We loved waiting up and having coffee and watching the wild animals come to the property to eat and drink. Fire place was really nice to have on and the hot tub was a plus. Kids had fun exploring the back yard. It was great to see the our kids be kids outdoors instead of inside the house. Will definitely recommend and we will be back soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I came to stay with my dog and enjoy the peaceful surroundings at the home and around Julian. Everything was perfection and I can’t wait to come back! John was responsive , attentive and even had a famous apple pie waiting for us upon arrival. The home has everything you need to relax and recharge.

Our Bungalow Stay in Julian

House was very family friendly— large table for meals with views of turkeys and deer coming through the yard in the morning. FirePlace was nice to sit around in the evening to talk or watch tv.

Comfortable and Relaxing Home in the Woods

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this home in the woods. It was fun to watch the turkeys and the birds. The beds were very comfortable and the space was great for hanging out and enjoying our family, including our 3yo granddaughter, both inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood near town. We also thoroughly enjoyed attending the 4th of July festivities.

The hosts were so gracious- they provided such a nice welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walked in. The house is spacious, tidy and the yard is like something out of a magazine. It was the perfect way for my family to start off the summer and celebrate many accomplishments together.

The house is in close proximity to the wedding venue (Pine Hills) and Julian. It is a beautiful and very roomy house, thank you for complimentary apple pie, it was delicious!

Perfect family reunion, grandma's 80th birthday celebration. Spacious inside and out

This beautiful home met all of ourexpectations and the outside wooded grounds, trees, privacy far surpassed what we could have hoped for. We gathered from 3 different parts of the world (flatlanders) and we loved the very private spaciousness, habitate for deer, birds even wild turkeys.The hot tub was a bnus. In a word our stay was Perfection..and we loved Julian. We highly recomend this beaitiful home and definitely would return. Thank you, John, our Host, for being so accommodating and sharing this bit of heaven with us.

Beautiful Cabin!

Second time staying here. Lovely location. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, play games and watch TV. Dog run area is a big plus. Fishing close by at lake and easy walks around the neighborhood. Christmas treat for certain!
