“Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay”

“This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. ”

“These are single storey room with porch for cars. It gives me the ambience of a village style hotel where you wake up in a country side and move among the chicken and ducks.
The weather was very hot when I came. So I already have hot water from the tank without using the heater but I got a shock of my life when I used th bidet to clean my bottom after moving my bowels! Next morning, it was even too hot to take a bath!!! And the air cond took a long time to cool my room down!”

“A veces el lago tiene el agua un poco turbia para bañarse; supongo que es algo normal en un entorno natural pero me parece importante de recalcar. La comida excelente, te sirven platos típicos y contundentes. El personal muy amable y atento, además, te llevan de excursión en barco (long boat) por la zona para ver la maravilla de entorno que hay. Sin duda volvería mil veces, es un sitio muy especial.
Algo a tener en cuenta muy importante es que no disponen de luz de 6am a 6pm, es decir, solo hay...

“Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided...

Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.”

“Not happy. We booked this hotel as it was close to the Kao Sok National Park. Our flight to Surat Thani was delayed for 1hour which meant we would miss the check-in time. We tried to get in touch with the hotel hours in advance however nobody bothered to pick up the phone, nor could we find a contact email. As a result we had to book a hotel elsewhere in the main city which meant we also travel 1.5hrs each way before and after the day trip. Paid for a room I didn’t even get to use”
