Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.”

“Stayed in a presidential suite.
It was a good unit of 2 bedrooms on the 7th floor.
The check in was not smooth and took more time than usual.
There were issues with wifi as signal was weak but it got sorted out.
The staff were quick to remind us that our room did not include a breakfast.
Wierd because a person who has booked a suite would generally know what is and is not included in the booking.
The staff could be more courteous.”

“Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided...
