Our overall impression. Gather was all about take your money and run. They were more than happy to send out emails when payments were due, but failed to reply to emails, text messages, and voice mails once we arrived. Here is an abbreviated list of the issues we asked to have addressed when we arrived.1) wifi login and password were incorrect.2) Water in master bath3) The door to the second bedroom doesn't close. 4) We had issues with Spectrum cable and the remote controls. We ended up using a laptop to stream programs.5) The dryer - it took over 2 hours to dry a few towels - which we had to do daily.6) The control knobs on the stove are missing the labeling. We had to guess which knob when with which burner. This is a safety issue and should be addressed immediately. We have stayed at VRBO properties across the country and this is one of the few that didn't have a "Welcome / Imformation Book". A simple guide to the property that would assist the guest with some basic information, like the wifi login, guide to the use of the TV, warning about the monthy emergency sirens, local restaurants and activies, etc.
