“Booked 3 nights stay over ANZAC WEEKEND..... Says they have daily service, have notes in room saying daily service.... ROOM Never got SERVICED ONCE! NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO TOILET PAPER, NO TOP UP OF TEA AND COFFEE STATION... HOUSEKEEPING SHOCKING... UNLESS EMPTYING OUT RUBBISH BIN IS CLASSED AS DAILY SERVICE.. SHOCKING WON'T RECOMMEND. APART FROM THAT THE ROOM WAS OK”

“Very nice. We were in the newer section in the back - the space worked for us. Overall the hotel is fine - we ate dinner there once. Sat on the porch which was a little cold - they have plastic curtains to close it off (to a degree) and radiant heaters. Seems like they were a bit light on staffing - saw only 2 waitstaff - so they had a hard time keeping up. We were there at the end of the season (mid April) so I need to cut them some slack.
Russell is nice and peaceful, but quite small. ...
