“Personal muy agradable y atento”

“Nice staff, great restaurant on site and great location. The hotel is a little dated but very clean and well maintained”

“좋아요”

“スタッフの方はとても感じがよく丁寧に対応してくれました。遊びスペースがあり卓球やビリヤードをして過ごせたので子供達も大満足でした。今まで行ったビュッフェの中で一位二位を争うレベルで美味しかったです！またこのホテルのためだけにでも行きたいくらい楽しかったです^_^”

“Really the trip was spoiled from the first moment by poor management. I arrived around 2pm, was checked in and told my room was ready, but per hotel policy I would have to wait until 3pm to enter. From about 2:30 I noticed a group of women in kimonos lined up straight like soldiers and forced to stand there until close to 3pm, when it became their job to take me to my room. It was giving managerial power trip. Perhaps some guests would appreciate this pomp and circumstance, but I only felt...

“Hotel staff is passionated and their dining is high quality. Nothing much nearby so stay in the hotel to enjoy their program and facility”

“best house keeper”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this countryside onsen hotel. They offer a shuttle pickup from the nearby Shinkansen station, but since I had a rental car, I drove myself. “Absolutely amazing experience staying at this property. It was so beautiful, the meals were a feast for both the eyes and the mouth and the service was unmatched.”

Our room had a private outdoor mineral bath. Yes, it’s very expensive, but we definitely feel like it was a worthy experience. We had omakase dinners five of our first 10 nights in Japan and our only complaint about Hanamurasaki would be that the omakase dinners were a little too hard-core Japanese for us. Most of...
