“Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!”

“This unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Having a key pad to enter made it much easier, also. We love Kam Sands and the beach across the street and will definitely be back!”

“Cute place that is close to everything. Walked to the shops at Wailea as well as the beach path. Unit was clean and has great wifi. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Fiona is awesome - responds to any inquiries very promptly. I wanted to stay a few more days and her help made it very easy. Highly recommend.”

“We loved our stay here. It was a great location for exploring the south side of the island. Our studio was clean and the bed was comfy. We had everything we needed (although we did not use much as we weren't in the room much). Having the beach chairs was an added bonus, as well as the welcome basket was a very nice touch! We enjoyed having our bfast on the lanai with the pool and ocean view. The host was responsive. The place was a good deal (as far as maui prices go). Would definitely stay here...

“Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars.”

“We had an amazing stay at this property. Easy drive from the airport and parking space was conveniently located right in front of the condo. Beds extremely comfortable and amenities like cooler, cooler backpack, and beach towels were appreciated. Property manager very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions. Easy beach walk across the street and located close to snorkeling cruise we took as well as jumping on the road to Hana. Highly recommend!”

“Overall very good. Only hangup was getting to the property on the day we arrived. The road it's located on was partially closed due to recent rains and flooding. We weren't notified this was a possibility so it was challenging getting to the property the first night. ”

“this was great location to restaurants. was very clean. could hear and see the ocean from the lanai- saw lots of whales. However, there was an issue on arrival-noticed a sign posting extermination services that were going to be done during our stay. called property and they were not even aware this was happening. my husband and I had to leave the property for the treatment and were not compensated for the lost time there.”
